| Since the proposal of "campus football",China has attached great importance to the development of youth football,and football characteristic schools across the country have been distributed,promoted,and popularized.Compared to the overall development of football,the development of youth football in China,especially the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive football,is more important.It is particularly urgent to collaborate on cultivating football reserve talents.In 2022,the National Youth Campus Football Work Leading Group issued a notice titled "Key Points for National Youth Campus Football Work in 2022",which includes "Strengthening the Cultivation of Elite Players.Improving the Environment and Atmosphere for Football Development,and Cultivating Reserve Talents for Competitive Football in China" and other work arrangements.The cultivation of football talents requires the support and management of government departments,as well as the joint participation of society,schools,and families.This provides a basic guideline for the multi-dimensional cultivation path of football talents in China.Therefore,from the perspective of stakeholder theory,the current situation of collaborative cultivation of football talents by family,school,and community in Zhuzhou Southern High School is the research object.By using methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,and on-site investigation,this study has sorted out the basis for the cultivation of football talents at home and abroad,and defined the stakeholders of collaborative cultivation of football talents by family,school,and community in Zhuzhou City,Hunan Province,Explore the interest demands and conflicts of various core stakeholders,and take corresponding measures to adjust the conflicts of interest,in order to form a synergy and provide a theoretical basis for cultivating football reserve talents.The research conclusions are as follows:1.In the process of cooperative cultivation of football talents by the family school community of South Centre,Zhuzhou Municipal Government,schools,students,parents,football clubs and football coaches are the core stakeholders,and Zhuzhou Football Association,media,school leaders,sports teachers and sponsors are the secondary stakeholders.2.The main interests of the education department of the Zhuzhou Municipal Government are to promote educational fairness and popularize campus football;The interest demands of the sports department of the Zhuzhou Municipal Government are to improve students’ physical fitness and create a good sports atmosphere;The school’s interest demands are to increase the school’s enrollment rate and vigorously promote campus football;The interests and demands of football club managers are to cultivate football talents and enhance the club’s reputation;The interests and demands of football club coaches are to obtain economic benefits,love football coaching,and;The interests and demands of parents are to enjoy the policy of promoting students to excel in the college entrance examination and improving their physical fitness;The interests of students are to improve their physical fitness and earn extra points in the college entrance examination.3.In the process of collaborative cultivation of football talents by families,schools,and communities in Southern Middle School of Zhuzhou City,there are several conflicts of interest among various core stakeholders:(1)The main body of collaborative cultivation of football talents by families,schools,and communities lacks linkage;(2)The support policies for football clubs have not been implemented;(3)Insufficient funding for cultivating football talents;(4)The ownership of safety responsibilities for cultivating football talents through collaboration between family,school,and society is unclear;(5)Lack of guarantee for the promotion policies and employment of football majors;(6)Football majors have weak learning awareness and poor cultural foundation;(7)Contradictions in learning and training for football talents,and difficulties in player management;(8)Parents have insufficient understanding of football majors.4.Based on the conflicts in the process of collaborative cultivation of football talents by families,schools,and communities in Southern Middle School of Zhuzhou City,policy recommendations for adjustment have been drawn from the perspective of core stakeholders: firstly,strengthen the linkage between families,schools,and communities in the collaborative cultivation of football talents;Secondly,implement supportive policies for social football clubs;Thirdly,expand the sources of training funds through multiple channels;Fourthly,building student safety management;The fifth is to implement student enrollment and employment security;Six is to enhance students’ learning awareness;Seventh,adjust the contradictions between learning and training for players,and strengthen their daily management;Eight is to attach importance to parents’ understanding of football majors. |
