A Study On The Influence Of Family Education On The Labor Values Of University Students In The New Era

University students are the newcomers of the era and the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.However,in recent years,the lifestyle,social mentality and value pursuits called "lie flat" and "buddha-like" have begun to appear among University students.Whether it is "lie flat" or "Buddha-like",in essence,it reflects the deviation of University students’ labor values.Education begins with the family,the family is the child’s first classroom,and the parents are the child’s first teacher.The impact of family education on University students’ labor values is the first,more direct,more realistic,and more lasting.What is the status quo of labor values of University students in the new era? Among the many influencing factors of labor values,is family education related to the labor values of University students in the new era? How does Family education affect the labor values of University students in the new era? What role should family education play in cultivating the labor values of University students in the new era? These questions are the questions that this research should pay attention to and answer.The article uses Marxist labor value theory and family labor education as the theoretical framework,and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.The article selects967 University students studying in universities of all levels and types in Chengdu as the effective questionnaire survey subjects,and 15 subjects as individual interview subjects.Based on the above theoretical framework and empirical data,the article describes the current situation and existing problems of University students’ labor values in the new era under the influence of family education,focuses on the path of family education influence on University students labor values,and proposes a number of better cultivation from the perspective of family education Suggestions on the labor values of University students in the new era.The article believes that with different demographic variables,the labor values of University students in the new era have significant differences;there is a significant correlation between Family education and labor values of University students in the new era;family education can significantly affect the labor values of University students in the new era,which is specifically expressed in family labor education Among them,the guidance of labor concept,family labor practice,and family labor demonstration will significantly affect the labor values of University students;the parent education method,parent education expectation and the family education environment also have a significant impact on the labor values of University students.The article believes that under the influence of Family education,the labor values of University students in the new era have both positive and negative aspects worthy of recognition.The positive side is that most college students have the labor value cognition of honest labor and steadfast progress,adhere to the labor value judgment of labor equality regardless of high or low,always respect the labor value of labor,diligence and thrift,and highly recognize the perseverance and hard work.On the negative side,some University students show the tendency of partial utilitarian labor value orientation,individual-based labor value pursuit,value deviation of manual labor,and shallow cognition of labor value.From the perspective of family education,the article puts forward several thoughts on correcting the problems of University students’ labor values in the new era,that is,close homeschool collaboration to enhance the scientific level of labor values cultivation,strengthen practice exercises to play the educational role of labor in values,and pay attention to Choose the appropriate way of fostering family labor values based on the local conditions and three aspects.
