Research On Political Identity Of Minority College Students In New Era

Political identity is an emotional and conscious sense of belonging of social members in social and political life.It is an important force to unite social members.It contains the political psychological tendency and political behavior expression of the identity subject,which is the practical identity of the unity of perception and behavior.Minority college students are the new force in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the main force to promote the harmonious and stable development of ethnic areas.Continuously improving the awareness of political identity of ethnic minority college students is an inevitable requirement for uniting the social consensus of all ethnic groups in China and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is an objective requirement for strengthening the common ideological and political foundation of all ethnic groups in China,safeguarding national unity and strengthening the education of national unity and progress.It is the proper meaning of strengthening the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students,implementing the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities,and cultivating new people in the era.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of minority college students in the new era,enhance their political identity.Guide minority college students to contribute to the harmonious and stable development of ethnic areas and the construction of national socialist modernization,and guide them to make unremitting efforts to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the theoretical basis of Marxism,this study constructs a mechanism framework for analyzing the formation of political identity from the aspects of interests,culture,psychology and practice.This paper investigates the current situation of political identity of minority college students in the new era by focusing on the dimensions of political entity identity,political performance identity and political value identity.It also analyzes the influencing factors and practical countermeasures from the aspects of interests,culture,psychology and practice.According to the survey results,the political identity of minority college students in the new era is generally good,with a high degree of political entity identity,political performance identity is generally good,and has a strong sense of political value identity.However,some minority college students also have problems such as imperfect political cognition,diversified political values,and low political participation.The political identity of minority college students is directly affected by external factors such as economic development and cultural traditions in their own environment,and is also closely related to internal factors such as their own psychological status and political participation practice.From the perspective of interests,the unbalanced development of ethnic areas is the key factor affecting the political identity of minority college students;from the cultural perspective,the collision of value and cultural diversity brought by cultural differences and ethnic cultural diversity has a certain impact on the political identity of minority college students.From the psychological level,the national common psychology will have an important impact on the psychological cognition and thinking mode of minority college students,which will further affect their value judgment and value choice;from a practical point of view,the lack of political socialization caused by low political participation is also one of the factors restricting the improvement of political identity of minority college students.Therefore,we should satisfy people with practical interests,give full play to the role of interest incentive and interest guidance,and improve the protection of interests to enhance and consolidate the political identity of minority college students,so as to achieve the purpose of consolidating interests.We should shape people with excellent culture,give full play to the leading role of Chinese cultural value,and consolidate the political identity of minority college students with the cultural identity of ’ one main and multiple ’,so as to finally realize the value co-shaping.To impress people with political emotions,to play the role of political psychology,to shape political psychology to promote the political identity of minority college students,in order to achieve the effect of casting the soul.We should lead people with party and league organizations,give full play to the role of political participation in practical education,to strengthen political practice to enhance the political identity of minority college students,to play the role of practical regulations.In a word,only according to the requirements of national and social development,timely grasp the trend of political identity of minority college students and guide them in a targeted manner,and constantly improve their identity with the Communist Party of China and socialism with Chinese characteristics,can we guide them to firmly believe in Marxism,firmly believe in socialism with Chinese characteristics,and firmly believe in the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Only in this way can we guide them to consciously combine their personal destiny with the needs of national and social development in practice,and finally become newcomers of the times who can assume the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
