With the development of the society in the new era,great changes have taken place in the educational concept.Personalized education to meet the needs of talents in the information society has entered the vision of educational research and been favored by many scholars.According to the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020),it is necessary to follow the laws of individual physical and mental development and education and teaching,give full play to innovation ability,explore teaching modes and methods more suitable for students’ individual development,tap students’ advantages and potentials,and promote their all-round development.Based on this,this paper proposes a personalized teaching model from the perspective of absorptive ability.Based on the theory of absorptive ability,students are divided into two types: strong absorptive ability and weak absorptive ability.Teaching strategies and teaching methods suitable for the learning characteristics of students with different absorptive ability are selected,and personalized teaching design and practical research are carried out to construct personalized classrooms.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,experimental comparison and other methods,this paper applies the personalized teaching model based on absorptive capacity to e-commerce courses in secondary vocational schools,and continuously improves the e-commerce classroom teaching model by analyzing the application effect.Firstly,through literature research,the necessity and feasibility of individualized teaching research guided by knowledge absorptive capacity theory are analyzed,and the learning characteristics of students with different knowledge absorptive capacity levels are analyzed.Secondly,guided by the theory of absorptive capacity,combined with the characteristics of e-commerce courses in secondary vocational schools,the design principles of personalized teaching model from the perspective of absorptive capacity were proposed,and the process of personalized teaching model was designed.Finally,the personalized teaching model from the perspective of absorptive capacity is applied in the course of E-commerce Foundation,and the data results are obtained by means of questionnaire survey and interview.The research shows that the implementation of personalized teaching mode in the course of "Electronic Commerce Basis" in secondary vocational schools breaks through the standard shackling of traditional teaching,pays attention to the differences of students,highlights students’ classroom subjectivity,stimulates students’ internal action,thus enhancing students’ learning interest and initiative,improves the quality of classroom teaching,and realizes the optimization of teaching.It also provides reference for promoting the teaching reform of secondary vocational colleges.
