China is facing the double pressure of the severe international situation and the downward trend of the domestic economy.The primary task of stabilizing economic growth is to stabilize employment.China has a large labor force and a large total employment.It is always a great challenge to relieve the pressure on the total employment.According to the employment data of different economic types,we find that the private economy has absorbed a large number of labor force,and the contribution of the private economy to urban employment is over 80%.The Component of private economy is complex,including various types of economy,and each type of economy has great difference in the ability of absorbing employment.There are differences among industries and different regions,and the development of private economy has great influence on employment absorptive capacity.Therefore,it is of positive significance to study the impact of private economy development on employment absorptive capacity in different economic types,industries and regions.This paper sorts out the quantity and scale of the development of private economy and the present situation of fixed assets investment,on the whole private economy is developing rapidly.Based on the Employment Elasticity Coefficient and the new employment rate,this paper analyzes the difference of the employment absorptive capacity among the seven economic types of the private economy.Therefore,the selection of private economy on behalf of private economy in-depth Longitudinal study.Using the method of grey relational analysis to analyze the difference of the ability of private enterprises to absorb employment in different industries,it is concluded that the industries with high correlation with the number of private employment in China are information transmission,software and information technology services,real estate,wholesale and retail,leasing and business services,manufacturing,scientific research and technology services,etc.,the concentration of these industries in the tertiary sector of the economy indicates that the private sector of our economy has the strongest capacity to absorb employment in the tertiary sector of the economy.By using the two indexes of unemployment rate and EmploymentElasticity,this paper analyzes the difference of the influence of private enterprises on the ability of absorbing employment in different regions,and concludes that the provinces and cities with higher ability of absorbing employment are mainly concentrated in the middle and east,southwest and northwest regions have poor ability to absorb employment.In this paper,the panel model is used to analyze the factors that influence the difference of private enterprises' employment absorptive capacity in the central,eastern,southwest and northwest regions,it is concluded that the average wage level of employees in private enterprises is the main factor affecting the large difference in the employment absorptive capacity of private enterprises in central and eastern China,increasing the wages of employees employed in private enterprises will have a greater impact on the employment absorption of local private enterprises.The investment in fixed assets of private enterprises is the main factor affecting the difference in the employment absorption ability of private enterprises between southwest China and northwest China,increasing investment in private enterprises will greatly increase the employment absorption of local private enterprises.The results show that the scale and speed of private enterprises in the southwest and northwest regions are lower than those in the central and eastern regions,and the private enterprises in the central and eastern regions need to increase their investment and development.
