Personalized education is thought of today's world of education important trend. Affected by this, over the last decade, "personalized education" reform of basic education in China has increasingly become a hot research, but in the actual teaching activities, we rarely see the real personality of teaching. This regard with the "standard of teaching" tradition of deep-rooted, and exam-oriented education and the tremendous pressure, and with class sizes too large, such as restricting the teaching conditions; on the other hand, personality theory of teaching is also a lack of research can not be ignored important reasons. Therefore, this article on trying to explore the meaning of personalized instruction on the basis of outstanding teachers through a case analysis, integrating theory with practice, the implementation of personalized teaching strategies are suggested.Part I: the problem, research methods and the significance of research to answer why and how to study. In this paper, for the traditional "standard of teaching" the defects of personality and teaching students the need for the development of the internal point of view the subject of research, using qualitative research methods.Part II: Personalized teaching the basic principles of personalized answer the question of what teaching is.
