As an integral part of teaching activities,homework can not only test the learning effect of students,promote application expansion,form good learning habits,but also have important reference value for realizing teaching and teaching in accordance with their aptitude.In the promulgation and implementation of the "double reduction" policy and the Chinese curriculum of compulsory education,the homework must be "reduce quantity and improve quality",and adhere to the combination of education,overall planning,richness and wisdom.Therefore,based on the importance of homework in the compulsory education stage and the relative lag of educational resources in rural areas,it is very necessary to study the arrangement of Chinese homework in the rural compulsory education stage under the "double reduction",which is of great significance to reduce the burden and improve the quality of homework and promote the further development of rural education.On the basis of reading and learning literature and preliminary research,the paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly defines the related concepts of Chinese extracurricular homework in the compulsory education stage.The second chapter using questionnaire survey,interview,qualitative empirical method of urban and rural two subject research,around the quantity and completion time,homework type and difficulty,homework arrangement,homework evaluation and core literacy five aspects of "double reduction" urban and rural compulsory education stage of Chinese homework status is analyzed.Chapter three,Through the comparison of urban and rural Chinese homework assignments,the following problems exist in the arrangement of Chinese homework assignments in rural compulsory education: the homework aims to take the exam,the core literacy is not enough;the content is monotonous and lacking,and the form is old,and the evaluation subject is single and the school management subject is absent,and the orderly operation system has not been formed.And from teachers,schools,parents and relevant departments depth analysis of the causes of their problems.Chapter four,combining with the new curriculum standard and the requirements of "double reduction",and starting from the actual situation of rural compulsory education,puts forward optimization suggestions on the arrangement of Chinese homework in rural compulsory education under "double reduction" :First of all,teachers should follow the development of Chinese education,clarify the homework objectives,interdisciplinary integration,highlight the core literacy;eradicate the local,student-oriented,stratified and expand the forms of homework;diversified evaluation to achieve consistent teaching evaluation.Secondly,schools should use modern technology to optimize the operation management,and cooperate to improve the long-term supervision mechanism.In addition,normal colleges and universities should strengthen the professional quality training and improve the homework assignment ability;education departments should always manage,play a "combination of homework arrangement",improve the assessment,incentive and fault tolerance mechanism,and normalize the operation supervision and evaluation.In this way can we further promote homework burden reduction and improve quality,and promote the development of rural education.
