Teaching objectives are the link between specific curriculum standards and actual teaching activities.The formulation of teaching objectives often plays a key guiding role in the achievement of teaching work,which will directly affect the whole teaching effect.At the same time,teaching objectives are also the starting point and destination of teaching activities in various disciplines.In 2017,the ’ Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)’ was officially introduced and entered the implementation link,opening up a new vision for the design of high school ideological and political teaching objectives under the core literacy of the subject.However,due to the short time of the new curriculum standard and the influence of traditional teaching mode,many high school ideological and political teachers will have inaccurate grasp of core literacy and far-fetched links when designing teaching objectives,which also provides a very important opportunity for this study.In this regard,this study is based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the current high school ideological and political teaching goal design,and tries to put forward the corresponding teaching goal design optimization strategy to provide teaching design reference for the majority of front-line teachers.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this study is mainly divided into the following four parts :The first part is an overview of the core literacy and teaching objectives of high school ideological and political disciplines.The purpose is to summarize the connotation and characteristics of the core literacy and teaching objectives of high school ideological and political disciplines,as well as the practical value it contains,so as to clarify the internal relationship between the core literacy of the discipline and the design of teaching objectives,and lay a foundation for the subsequent elaboration of the problems existing in the design of teaching objectives and the analysis part.The second part is an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of the design of high school ideological and political teaching objectives under the core literacy of the subject.This study conducted an in-depth study on the design ideas and effects of the teaching objectives of the firstline high school ideological and political teachers through questionnaires and field interviews.The study found that at present,due to the adaptability of many teachers to the new curriculum standards and new teaching materials,as well as the imprisonment of traditional teaching modes,in the process of designing teaching objectives,it is easy to design teaching objectives relatively dispersed,and the expression is not clear enough.In this regard,the author also analyzes the relevant reasons for these problems according to the survey data.The third part is the optimization strategy of the teaching goal design of high school ideological and political course under the core literacy of the subject.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the teaching goal design found in the second part,this part focuses on proposing the corresponding teaching goal design optimization strategy.The fourth part is the design and practice of the teaching objectives of high school ideological and political courses under the core literacy of the subject.Based on the analysis of the first three parts and the specific optimization strategies proposed,this part selects several box questions in the new textbook as cases,and tries to make an in-depth analysis of the multi-dimensional aspects of the new textbook,the new curriculum standard,the new learning situation,etc.,and designs the corresponding teaching objectives,and elaborates the ideas of teaching objective design.
