With the rapid development of educational informationization,traditional l earning resources can no longer meet the needs of educational reform in the i nformation age.At the same time,the massive learning resources are still des igned according to the chapter order of textbooks,which only provide the inf ormation level without involving the knowledge level,so it leads to the lack of effective organization of knowledge and hindering the development of infor mationization and intelligent teaching.The internal cause of this kind of probl em is the complexity of human language.If people want the computer to und erstand their meanings,it is necessary to intelligently process the information and establish an effective communication mechanism between human and mac hine.Computer ontology technology can be described as provision of some c oncepts in certain fields with relationships between concepts,so as to obtain domain knowledge,build consensus through communication among people,bet ween people and machines,and among machines,and provide technical basis for the follow-up of the development of intelligent teaching system,the sema ntic web technology and resources sharing,etc.First of all,this paper discusses the research status of the related field,a nd expounds the knowledge base,related learning theory,ontology,semantic r etrieval and other related theories,introduces ontology in the field of compute r technology and the importance in education,in which the formation of onto logy can be read directly by computer,as a knowledge representation method,which can be used to describe the relationship between knowledge in junior high school biology learning resources,and ontology knowledge representation is one of the core technology of artificialFurthermore,this thesis gives in-depth study and analysis of domain expe rts ontology construction methods,biology books,and related theories to build biological ontology in middle schools.According to construction that the skeleton of ontology method makes to the biological ontology in middle schools,biological classification system will be designed,and ontology definitions and subject characteristics will be used to design the ontology attribute slot,cons traint slot,as well as the relation slot.At the same time,the discipline chara cteristics will be utilized to design common attributes,teaching attributes,and experiment attributes.And then,Protege will be worked as ontology construc tion tool for building an ontology knowledge libraries and learning resources.Based on the above technical theory,the analysis that is related to the re trieval model builds a learning resource model that supports semantic retrieval based on ontology of middle school biology,in which the establishment of c oncept mapping relations between ontologies,the usage of Jena semantic reaso ning technology for persistent storage of ontology,custom inference rules and semantic acquaintance degree will be used to check the ontology base based on the form of SPARQL.A simple semantic retrieval will be achieved by th e improvement of the extension of attribute value.In the end,aiming at to evaluate the function of retrieval,mainly adopts check the accuracy and the precision through experiment contrast and this pa pergives a summarization and highlights the further research on semantic retri eval based on ontology.
