Empirical Research On Influence Of Match Situational Variables On The Technical And Tactical Performance Indicators Of The 22nd World Cup

This study takes 46 matches of the 2022 TM Men’s World Cup as data samples,using literature,mathematical statistics and video observation methods to conduct empirical research based on summarizing domestic and foreign-related match analysis,match technical and tactical performance indexes,to verify the effects of the match situation factors of one’s own strength and opponent strength factors on the technical and tactical performance indexes of each team in the2022 TM World Cup.The study was conducted to verify the influence of the match situation factors of one’s strength and the opponent’s strength on the technical and tactical performance indexes of each team in the 22 nd World Cup,to provide a reference basis and data for the formation of a more complete technical and tactical system,to provide some reference for updating the technical,tactical teaching and training concepts of soccer in China,and to enrich the theoretical system of soccer match analysis and group sports performance analysis.The study uses statistical methods such as the chi-square test,T test,variance analysis,and non-parametric test to analyze the key technical and tactical indicators that have a key role in the match results under the general situation and the situation of different strength teams.The research result shows that:(1)both the factors of own strength and the opponent’s strength influence the result of the competition.One is more likely to win when one’s strength is stronger and the opponent’s strength is weaker.(2)In this World Cup,it is the ability of transmission and control that determines the match,while the ability of scoring is even more crucial when there is a certain gap between the two sides.From the selected indicators,it can be seen that the difference among the teams with large gap in strength mainly comes from the scoring ability,while the difference among the teams with small gap in strength mainly comes from the passing and controlling ability.(3)When there is a big gap between the opponent’s strength and one’s own strength,personal breakthrough to create a score is an important ways to win for both sides.(4)In this World Cup,in the situation of level 2 team against the level 3team and the level 1 team against the level 1 team,the side with the higher possession of the ball is more likely to lose while the side that can launch high-quality counterattack is more likely to win.(5)In this World Cup,the quality of communication has an impact on the competition results,especially in the knockout stage,and is an important scoring method.(6)The level 1 team performed better in the defense of cross ball and shooting in the penalty area than the other teams.
