Youth football training is an important way to revitalize the development of Chinese football. In the process of training, how coaches teach athletes is very important, which affects how athletes learn, what they learn and the efficiency of learning.China Football College of Beijing Sport University carries the mission of the country and shoulders the task of cultivating excellent football reserve talents for the motherland. The men’s team of China Football college is an important part of the college’s training of rear talents. Therefore,in order to explore the teaching method of youth football technical and tactical training process,The researcher selects the teaching method of U17 men’s team coach of China Football Institute as the research object.Through the investigation and Research on the teaching of U17 men’s team coaches in China Football college, the researchers observed the teaching process by video and collected the data indicators,The researchers will summarize the Chinese football Institute men’s football skills and tactics teaching method and the previous through literature and expert interviews to build a comparative analysis of the teaching method theory,so as to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese football Institute U17 men’s team coach football skills and tactics teaching method, and finally put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,In order to try to improve the teaching efficiency in the teaching process. The main conclusions are as follows:1.This paper constructs the theory of U17 football teaching method of Chinese football academy, which is composed of five parts:"the types and composition of football technical and tactical training forms, football technical and tactical training teaching methods and means, football technical and tactical training teaching principles and requirements, football technical and tactical training teaching methods selection principles and considerations, and football technical and tactical training teaching behavior".2.The technique and physical ability of the athletes basically meet the requirements of this age group, but there is a big gap between the tactical awareness and the requirements; The training plan and goal setting are reasonable and meet the needs of reality; In terms of training content, the main techniques are passing and shooting;Tactically, the training is designed according to the logic of "passive acceptance first and then active thinking",and the main content is our own ball control.3.The type and composition of the training form set by the U17 men’s team coach of the Chinese football Institute is reasonable, which is in line with the teaching method. However, the researchers believe that the comprehensiveness of technical training content needs to be strengthened.4.The coach of U17 men’s team of China football academy can well implement the teaching principles in the process of technical and tactical training. However,we still need to strengthen the "detailed competition principles" and "advanced complexity".5.The coach of U17 men’s team in the Chinese football Institute fully considers the characteristics of the teaching content and the principle of intuition when choosing the teaching method of technical training; In the selection of teaching methods of tactical training, the complexity of teaching contents and the differences between Chinese and Western cultures are not fully taken into account, which leads to the fact that the players often have a little knowledge when they are learning.6.The effect of teaching methods used by the U17 men’s team coaches in the process of technical and tactical training is good, which effectively improves the teaching efficiency of technical and tactical training. The deficiency is that the teaching methods such as problem-based teaching method and so on,which can actively guide athletes to think, are slightly blank in application.7.In the process of technical and tactical training, the coaches of the U17 men’s team in the CFA mainly have too much negative feedback, less questioning behavior and other aspects of performance. |
