College Students In The New Era Based On Subjectivity Research On The Cultivation Of Labor Spirit

China has entered a new stage of historical development.In the new era,labor education,moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education will be carried out simultaneously,which will be included in the overall requirements of cultivating socialist builders and successors,and the cultivation of labor spirit has been raised to a new height.It can be seen that it is urgent to strengthen the cultivation of College Students’ labor spirit.The cultivation of College Students’ labor spirit is mainly to shape college students’ labor concept of diligence and thrift,cultivate their struggling labor attitude,establish innovative labor consciousness and cultivate their dedication to work,so as to cultivate college students in the new era into new people of the times who have lofty aspirations,great virtues,great talents and great responsibilities.However,in the current cultivation of labor spirit,the subjectivity of college students has not been fully mobilized and brought into play.There are endless phenomena of not cherishing labor achievements,wasting food,avoiding labor and ignoring the cultivation of labor spirit,which is different from the talent requirements of the new era.Therefore,strengthen the Research on the cultivation of College Students’ labor spirit in the new era,It is very important to give full play to its subjectivity in the cultivation process.In order to adapt to the development trend of the times,strengthen the research and analysis of the current situation of College Students’ labor spirit cultivation,fully mobilize their subjectivity in the cultivation of labor spirit,and explore and optimize the path of their labor spirit cultivation is particularly necessary.*** Using the method of literature research,this paper studies the significance of Cultivating College Students’ labor spirit for society and college students’ personal growth.Using the questionnaire survey method,under the guidance of Marxist theory and using the knowledge of sociology,pedagogy and other disciplines,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of College Students’ labor spirit,explores the effectiveness of the cultivation of College Students’ labor spirit,analyzes the shortcomings of the cultivation of College Students’ labor spirit,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward targeted suggestions,such as from the perspective of colleges and universities,Strengthen the attention of colleges and universities to the development of students’ subjectivity;From the aspect of environment,create a good atmosphere for cultivating labor spirit;From the aspect of students themselves,improve the subjectivity of the cultivation of College Students’ own labor spirit.Through inquiry,analysis and suggestions,cultivate college students’ labor spirit and promote their allround development.In order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of College Students’ labor spirit.
