| With the development of social economy,diversified welfare needs promote the diversification of social welfare.As the product of welfare diversification and the main body of providing diversified social welfare,the benign development of social organizations is conducive to enhancing social welfare and improving people’s living standards.However,the development of social organizations is often constrained by limited resources,unable to provide sustainable welfare and maintain their own development.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the resource integration ability of social organizations to break the development dilemma of social organizations.This paper aims to analyze and optimize the ability of social organizations to acquire resources through the study of advanced cases,and then help social organizations to develop better.Organization P is Nanjing medical field resources conformity ability outstanding institutions,this paper takes Organization P as a case,through on-the-spot investigation research method,based on the observation,the participating institutions in the organization and operation of organizations of different department personnel interview for research,analysis of P group how to improve its ability of resource integration.Based on the sources and methods of resource integration of social organizations,this paper analyzes the process of social organizations improving resource integration ability by using resource-based theory and organizational capacity theory,taking welfare triangle theory as an analytical framework,formed from the government,market,society,three types of acquisition and integration of scarcity,difficult to replicate in the body of the methodology of resources.From the perspective of welfare resource acquisition,this paper analyzes the resource support sources of organization P,which are successively as follows: government policy guarantee,project and site provided by streets and community hospitals;Enterprise donation,market-oriented operation and other market forces;Grassroots party organizations,service object support and other social strength of a corner.Based on this,this paper combined with different types of resources in welfare triangle frame properties and the successful experience of Organization P analysis the following conclusions: the use of policy and realize the goal of the government from the government in the corner of the key to access to resources,actively strive for and seek win-win situation from the path of the market access to resources,attaches great importance to the service object and system as a whole from the society of the method of access to resources.Finally,based on the above analysis and combined with the theory of resource integration,it is proposed that: when the resources are relatively scarce,the scarce government resources should be integrated first;When resources are abundant,actively expand and integrate market resources to obtain resources that are difficult to replicate,and increase the replication cost of other organizations to ensure that they maintain their own advantages.This paper also further discusses the resource integration of social organizations,in the hope that more scholars can participate in this field and jointly promote the development of social organizations. |
