The Research On Social Exclusion In University Students’ Employment From The Perspective Of Welfare Triangle Theory

With the changes of students’ employment policies, the employment policy about "Two-way choice, their own jobs" pushes university students to the market. Affected by the economic crisis in2008, the employment situation of university students become more critical, the scale of college graduates has been on increasing state. In 2015 college graduates will reach 7.49 million, a record high. Under the current pressure of employment, market failure of social welfare security and half measures of government, university students cannot get job quickly and employment benefit entitlement. In studying the problem of social exclusion in university students’ employment from the perspective of welfare triangle theory is beneficial to allocate social resource properly and to lifted out of rejection status for students. It also helps to provide an institutional guarantee for students and to promote social harmony and stable and a powerful country of talents.Based on the status of College Students employment benefits and the theory of Social exclusion and welfare triangle, we can analyze the problem of benefits exclusion that faced by students, who are looking for the job. This article mainly uses the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview. By the questionnaire and interview method, we get the external to indicate the problem of benefits exclusion that faced by students. The result of research found that students in job hunting suffered form doubles different degrees of risk of the job exclusion and government benefits exclusion. The welfare benefits exclusion of the job market has unemployment and discrimination and working poverty, and the welfare benefits exclusion of the institutional level has household registration system and institutional employment exclusion and social security system.Aiming at this problem, this article tries to construct the routine of social benefits to solve the problem of social benefits exclusion and to relive employment pressure and to advance the harmonious development of the society.
