In the context of the "Internet plus" era,emerging technologies have a profound impact on the field of education and continue to reshape the form of education.At present,China has entered the era of education informatization 2.0.As a "smart engine" for promoting education informatization,the deep integration of teaching and technology is placed in a more important position.Although the Chinese government is ambitious and invested heavily,and relevant information policies and measures are springing up,it still faces the dilemma of "two skins" of teaching and technology.Based on this,this paper focuses on two core issues: " What are the dilemmas in the integration of teaching and technology in primary and secondary schools ?" and "How to successfully break through the integration dilemma ?".In order to fully understand the main effects and problems of teaching and technology integration,the article takes 30 teachers from X School in Shenzhen as the research object,conducting a survey to find out the present situation of the integration by interview,classroom observation,and case analysis.In the application practice of the integration of teaching and technology,the survey found that the frontline teacher is deeply constrained by the four dilemmas of "concept","resources","literacy",and "evaluation".The main problems are the thinking inertia of front-line teacher,the failure of informational instruction environment to meet the teacher’s expectations,the need to improve teachers’ own information-based literacy,and the lack of an evaluation system for the effectiveness of information integration.It is mainly restricted by such factors as the difficulty in changing teachers’ inherent teaching mode,the backwardness of school information-based teaching management,and the clear institutional barriers to the integration of teaching and technology.On this basis,this paper proposes a way to solve the dilemma of the integration of teaching and technology: comprehensively improve teachers’ information literacy,improve information management,and break the institutional barriers of integration.
