Current Situation Of The Development Of Sports Associations In Middle Schools In Taiyuan And Countermeasure Research

With the development of society and times,physical education has become an important part of modern education,but for a long time,under the influence of examination-oriented education,middle schools pay more attention to the teaching of culture and neglect the importance of physical education.The middle school stage is an important turning point of human body and mind from infantile to mature.The height of physical quality directly influences the improvement of individual comprehensive quality and the implementation of national quality education.To truly improve the quality of students,universal quality education,relying solely on physical education classes is not possible,middle school sports associations can just make up for this deficiency.Through the investigation of Taiyuan Middle School Sports Association,this paper hopes to provide feasible suggestions for the development of Taiyuan Middle School Sports Association.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to study the present situation of Taiyuan high school sports club development,analyzes the present situation of 10 Taiyuan high school sports clubs development from the aspects of organization leadership,condition guarantee,program and content setting and the cognition of the members of the club,and explores the concrete countermeasures to the benign development of Taiyuan high school sports club development.The findings were as follows:(1)The leadership of secondary school sports associations in Taiyuan City is relatively standard.Sports associations are mainly under the responsibility of school commissars,political and educational departments and other departments,but there is a lack of supervision and management by school-level leadership.Schools should attach great importance to the development of sports associations,establish leading groups of associations headed by principals,improve organizational,supervisory and administrative bodies,and formulate corresponding rules and regulations.(2)The conditions of the Taiyuan Middle School Sports Association are not adequate.There is no budget for associations,government funding is requested when necessary,there is a single source of funding,there is a lack of regular space for association activities and there are not enough teachers.Higher authorities should allocate the funds reasonably to support the development of secondary school sports associations.Schools should make reasonable use of the space and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.(3)Taiyuan Middle School Sports Association has a rich number of sports programs,such as basketball,soccer,volleyball and track and field.Content settings are not fun.Membership is limited in time and frequency.New and distinctive sports association projects should be developed,with interesting links and increased time and frequency of activities.(4)The members of Taiyuan Middle School Sports Association do not know enough about the association.Members of associations do not have a good understanding of the situation of the association and,although their participation in the activities of the association is clearly targeted,they are not motivated to participate in the association because of the pressure to go to school.Promotion of sports associations should be strengthened,and their members should participate actively in their activities on the basis of full knowledge of the associations and in accordance with their personal interests.
