In 2020,the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly proposed that the promotion of youth sports cannot rely on the unilateral power of schools alone,but must form a linkage mechanism to promote the synergistic development of the trinity of "school,family and society",so that more people can participate in the cause of promoting youth sports.As an important grip to deepen the integration of sports and education,school football should also be closely focused on this concept in the future development process.In order to further conduct research on the cooperation between schools and social football clubs,this paper uses the literature method,field survey method,interview method and qualitative research method to analyse the current stage of cooperation between primary schools with football characteristics and social football clubs in Taiyuan,the mode of cooperation,elements of synergistic development and the problems that exist by visiting and investigating the primary schools with football characteristics and social football clubs in Taiyuan,so as to provide the synergistic development of both The study will provide targeted recommendations.The study concluded the following.1.At present,there are 91 primary schools with football characteristics in Taiyuan,and23 of them are selected for investigation in this paper.Through the study,it is concluded that at this stage,Taiyuan’s football featured primary schools are developing well,school leaders are paying more and more attention to school football,venue facilities are improving,teachers are to be strengthened,and competition levels are improving;social football clubs are gradually standardizing their operation,coaches are of high professional level,venue facilities are improving,and competitions are abundant;both sides share the same goals in achieving excellent results,attracting students,widening channels for further education,and The two sides share a common pursuit of achieving excellent results,attracting students,widening the channels of further education and responding to the national call.2.At this stage,the cooperation between primary schools with football characteristics and social football clubs in Taiyuan has generally achieved satisfactory results,with both partners indicating that they have met their expectations and are confident about further cooperation in the future,as well as showing that the entry of social football clubs into schools is a proven way to popularise and develop school football.3.At present,the cooperation between social soccer clubs and schools in Taiyuan is basically in the following three stages: primary development stage,stable development stage,and stable progress stage.From the mode of cooperation between social soccer clubs and schools investigated,there are mainly build-up cooperation,integration cooperation and absorption cooperation.4.The elements of synergistic development between social soccer clubs and campus soccer mainly include 4 selective codes of human support,material support,financial support and information support,11 main axis codes as well as 20 open codes.Among them,the number of coaches,the quality of coaches,the development concept of popularization and improvement,and the amount of soccer funding were mainly mentioned by the interview experts,indicating that the implementation of these four elements should be monitored and addressed with emphasis in the cooperative development.5.In the process of cooperation and development between the two sides,there are still some elements that cannot really achieve synergistic development and there are certain problems: the policy implementation is not in place and the implementation details are not specific;the access criteria are vague and the supervision responsibility is unclear;the purpose of cooperation is not clear and the development planning is lacking;the special funding is insufficient and the implementation of activities is limited;the quality of coaches needs to be improved and the number of coaches has a large gap,etc.6.For the emerged problems,the author also proposes some corresponding countermeasures,in order to help the cooperation between school soccer and social soccer clubs:(1)Strengthen the policy leading and demonstration first,supervise the implementation of the policy on the ground,correct the problems in time and deepen the reform.(2)Improve the access system and build a multi-party collaborative governance system.(3)Strengthen the sense of responsibility,smooth out the cooperation ideas,long-term vision.(4)Multi-channel funding,the formation of government support,market participation,multi-funding to support the development of school soccer mechanism.(5)Pay attention to the construction of field facilities,and promote the standardization of soccer land development.(6)Encourage coaches to take part-time jobs for pay,establish a standardized assessment system for coaches,and improve the overall quality and moral quality of coaches.(7)Explore a new model of integration of sports and education,and "grasp both hands" in learning sports. |
