As curriculum thinking and policy evolve in all types of courses in colleges and universities,there is an urgent need to integrate the teaching of physical education into the overall model of curriculum thinking and policy.With the promulgation of the "Guidelines for Curriculum Civic Policy in Higher Education",we have fully responded to the requirement to "guide ideological and political work in the whole process of education and teaching and realize the process of educating and enlightening all people in all aspects",as emphasized by the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee at the Conference on Ideological and Political Work and Education in Higher Education in the province.As far as physical education in higher education institutions is concerned,the main teaching objective is the full implementation of the ideology and politics of the curriculum in physical education courses.It is particularly important to make the physical education aerobics course in the wave of civic politics move forward continuously,to arrange and establish the evaluation system of the teaching of civic politics in the aerobics course,to make the teaching of aerobics conform to the development direction of civic politics.However,the lack of research on the teaching of aerobics course civic politics in colleges and universities has limited the improvement of the teaching effect of aerobics course civic politics in colleges and universities to a certain extent.This study is devoted to establishing a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system for teaching civics in college physical education courses,exploring ways to improve the teaching of civics in aerobics courses,and further promoting the teaching of civics in college physical education courses.This study examines the evaluation system of civic policy education in physical education courses at universities by using research methods such as the literature method,the expert interview method,the Delphi method,the hierarchical analysis method and the mathematical and statistical method.First,based on the Guidelines for the Construction of Civic Politics in Higher Education Courses,the Training Programme for Physical Education Students and the Teaching Materials for Civic Politics in Aerobics Courses,an evaluation system for the teaching of civic politics in aerobics courses for university physical education students was formulated.Using the Delphi method,four primary indicators,15 secondary indicators and 45 tertiary indicators were set and the AHP hierarchical analysis method was used to calculate the evaluation system of civic policy education in aerobics courses for physical education students.The weights of the indicators of the evaluation system of civic political education were calculated using the AHP hierarchical analysis method,and the indicators were evaluated using the fuzzy global evaluation method.The following conclusions were finally reached.(1)The evaluation system of the ideological and political teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities is composed of 4 primary indicators(thinking through physical education,shaping morality through exercise,cultivating art through beauty and empowering ability through health),15 secondary indicators(thought leadership,patriotism education,rule of law education,collectivism education,social morality,professional morality,personal morality,sports morality,cultural literacy,sports spirit,aesthetic literacy,innovation spirit,health ability,learning ability and cognitive ability)and 45 tertiary indicators.(2)Using the hierarchical analysis method,the weight coefficients of the primary indicators in the evaluation system of the Civic and Political Science teaching of aerobics course are,in descending order,to shape morality through exercise,to develop physical thinking,to cultivate art through beauty and to empower fitness.The weight coefficients of the secondary indicators are,in descending order,health ability,learning ability,cognitive ability,patriotic education,aesthetic quality,sports ethics,sports spirit,personal character,thought leadership,professional ethics,rule of law education,innovation spirit,social morality,collectivism education and cultural literacy.(3)Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the overall rating results were between average and better,and the evaluation subjects were more consistent with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,thus proving the reliability of the evaluation system of the Civics teaching of the aerobics course of physical education majors in colleges and universities constructed in this study.
