| In order to solve the problems existing in the promotion of Wushu Sanda among young people,this paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview and observation.Firstly,from the theoretical research and practice summary,it analyzes the problems existing in the promotion of Wushu Sanda among young people mainly include: 1)insufficient security;2)Lack of cultural expression;3)Backward teaching system;4)Single project performance;5)Limited survival of talents.The main reason for the formation of the problem is that the development of competitive Wushu Sanda ignores the development of campus and market.This paper puts forward the following solutions: 1)For the problem of insufficient security,we can solve the problem from the perspective of innovating security equipment and optimizing classroom confrontation.This paper gives the case of air boxing,training bar and "one strike system";2)For the lack of cultural expression,we can solve the problem from the perspective of innovating the carrier of cultural expression.This paper gives a case of "combining poetry and technology";3)To solve the problem of backward teaching system,it can be solved from the perspective of optimizing classroom teaching means and enhancing the interest of the project.This paper gives the case of expanding the project of "Picking stars for the Moon";4)For the problem of single performance of the project,the problem can be solved from the perspective of integrating other traditional martial arts boxing.This paper gives a case of the integration of Sanda and Tai Chi pushing hands;5)The problem of limited survival of project talents can be solved from the perspective of extracting the project advantages of Wushu Sanda professionals.This paper gives a case of the combination of Wushu Sanda and financial industry. |
