| The number of excellent nursing talents in China is relatively small.For the four prefectures in southern Xinjiang,they do not have a high medical level,which has caused serious constraints to the effective development of the medical industry.It is because of the accelerating development of market economy in Xinjiang region,people gradually pay higher attention to vocational education,and further develop and optimize the vocational education system in various regions of Xinjiang.The development trend of health schools occupies a position that can not be ignored.Whether it is the scale of education,the number of enrollment,or the educational level,the overall quality of secondary vocational education in southern Xinjiang has shown an upward trend,passing on great contributions and strength to the good progress of the medical and health undertakings in Xinjiang,and further improving to optimize the township health centers and private health centers and other medical places.Due to the continuous deepening of the enrollment expansion of the college entrance examination,high schools accept many students with high quality learning foundation,which directly leads to the acceptance of secondary vocational schools to those students with weak basic knowledge level.For secondary health schools,they accept some students who hope to be engaged in the medical industry.The case object of this paper is the regional health school(referred to as health school),with five dimensions as the core starting point,respectively,learning foundation,learning motivation,learning habits,learning attitude and family situation.The questionnaire survey method is actively and effectively used to improve the students of 2018-2020.Through in-depth analysis and discussion of the questionnaire,the learning status of health schools in the department area is fully explored,and the objective and subjective influencing factors of students in health schools are placed in the core position.By focusing on the survey,it can be concluded that health school students do not have a solid learning foundation,no comprehensive understanding of professional course itself has professional connotation,learning motivation and learning attitude is not high quality at the same time,need to be further optimized,professional interest is not high,not high quality learning methods.Through organic integration with their work practice,and use the reference analysis,effectiveness to explore and analyze the school students learning present situation,the corresponding solutions,respectively is: the first level,to put students’ mandarin learning in the process of preparatory period,will build strict management system,make students self control ability to further improve.At the second level,the reference training room and life science view should be used to stimulate students’ interest and motivation in learning.At the third level,the autopsy specimens and case specimens are used to significantly enhance the students’ professional learning ability.Through the effective implementation of the above countermeasures,we hope to change and optimize the current situation of poor learning of secondary vocational students in southern Xinjiang. |
