In order to continuously reduce the learning pressure of students during compulsory education,the Central Office of the Communist Party of China and the Government Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework and Off campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education" on July 24,2021.Sports play a crucial role in non disciplinary fields,which is conducive to promoting the physical and mental health growth of adolescents.At present,badminton in China is in a period of vigorous development,and as a competitive sports event,badminton has gradually entered the campus and become an indispensable part of students’ extracurricular life.With the continuous promotion of badminton sports in China and the increasing number of participants,the market development of extracurricular badminton training for young people will face rapid development opportunities.This research comprehensively evaluated the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Tianjin operational badminton training institutions in training by using questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and SWOT analysis technology,hoping to better promote the development of Tianjin badminton training and teaching,improve the level of Tianjin youth badminton,and promote the benign development of Tianjin operational badminton training market.Against the backdrop of the dual reduction policy,operational badminton training institutions in Tianjin are facing advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats.Advantages: Firstly,national policy guidance and government support;Secondly,the coaching team in Tianjin’s operational badminton training institutions has a profound foundation;The third is the economic development of residents in Tianjin and the transformation of people’s ideological concepts.Disadvantages: Firstly,sports training institutions blindly expand and compete in disorder,making supervision more difficult;Secondly,the contradiction between supply and demand in the training market has worsened;Thirdly,the coaches are unstable and there is a lack of professional business administrators;The issuance of the dual reduction policy has put forward higher requirements for the venue facilities of operational badminton training institutions in Tianjin;Fifth,the supervision and management of the badminton training market needs to be improved,and the charging standards lack consistency;The sixth issue is the lack of specificity among management personnel and the single source of funds;The seventh issue is the lack of teaching and training models.In terms of opportunities: firstly,the country leads and stimulates market vitality;Secondly,subject transformation and concentration of educational resources;In terms of threats: firstly,industry competition issues;The second issue is the lack of coaches;Thirdly,the establishment of badminton training institutions and the low threshold for coaching qualifications of coaches;The fourth is the challenges faced by the service providers and objects in the sports training industry;Fifth,the role of government departments in regulating the badminton training industry is unclear;Sixth,the impact of the COVID-19.After the implementation of the "double reduction policy",non disciplinary(sports)extracurricular training has been encouraged and promoted,which has brought development opportunities to operational badminton training institutions in Tianjin.Based on the market characteristics of operational badminton training in Tianjin,this article has formulated various targeted measures to promote its healthy development.These countermeasures include:Growth oriented strategy(SO): 1.Respond to policy calls to expand policy dividends;2.Actively organize badminton competitions by utilizing existing resources;3.Increase the promotion of badminton sports.Twisting strategy(WO): 1.Utilize market regulation to expand the Tianjin badminton training market;2.Promote the upgrading of the badminton training industry;3.Optimize the coach team;4.Improve the venue facilities of training institutions;5.Develop consistent admission standards and qualification certification system for badminton coaches.Multiple business strategies(ST): 1.Drawing on the business models of representative training institutions;2.Seeking paths for collaborative development with primary and secondary schools near training institutions;3.Innovative teaching mode: "Internet+" badminton technology for teaching.Defensive Strategy(WT): 1.Establish the Tianjin Badminton Training Industry Association to maintain market order;2.Enriching teaching content and improving teaching system;3.Improve the content system and differentiated training and teaching concepts;4.Highlight service awareness and promote the improvement of students and professional trainers’ abilities and qualities.Through these strategies,under the dual reduction policy,we can fully utilize the advantages and disadvantages of Tianjin’s operational badminton training institutions,and achieve success in the face of external opportunities and threats. |
