Study On The Professional Ability Of Coaches In Off-Campus Basketball Training Institutions In Big Cities Of He Nan Province

With the increasing emphasis of the state on the development of the sports industry and the strengthening of the social sports atmosphere,the sports industry has developed rapidly.Meanwhile,off-campus sports training institutions of different programs keep emerging,among which off-campus basketball training institutions occupy an important proportion in the whole sports training institutions.The off-campus basketball training mainly recruits basketball coaches to teach basketball skills and tactics to the students,aiming at improving the basketball skills and tactics of the students and enhancing their physical quality.Therefore,basketball coaches play an important role in training institutions.With the continuous development of basketball training institutions and the continuous improvement of the requirements for basketball coaches,the problems existing in the aspect of coaches appear,among which the most important one is the professional ability of basketball coaches.The professional ability of basketball coaches has a direct impact on the development of training institutions and the cultivation and education of students.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the professional ability of coaches in basketball training institutions outside school.This paper aims to study the professional ability of off-campus basketball coaches in big cities of henan province,taking the professional ability of coaches in off-campus basketball training institutions in big cities of henan province as the research object.The index system of basketball coaches' professional ability was determined by literature and faure.By means of questionnaire survey,the present situation and influencing factors of the professional ability of coaches in off-campus basketball training institutions were investigated.Through mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to analyze the current situation of the professional ability of coaches,find the problems existing in the professional ability of coaches.According to the existing problems and the analysis results of the factors affecting the professional ability,the countermeasures for improving the professional ability of coaches are put forward to improve the level of the professional ability of coaches.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The professional competence structure of coaches in off-campus basketball training institutions consists of 8 levels,including teaching ability and special training ability.Among the second-level indicators,teaching ability,special training ability and other four indicators have a great impact on the overall structure of coaches' professional ability.2.The evaluation of the professional ability of coaches in off-campus basketball training institutions is conducted through 58 third-level indicators,among which 15third-level indicators,such as the ability to organize classes,technical explanation and demonstration ability,are the core indicators to evaluate the professional ability of coaches in training institutions.3.Coaches of off-campus basketball training institutions in big cities in henan province have average professional ability.Among the 15 core indicators,only six indicators,such as the ability to select training means and methods,are better than the performance of the coaches in the training institutions,while the other nine indicators are less than ideal.4.The index of factors influencing occupational competence was constructed from subjective and objective aspects,including 13 main factors and 10 objective factors.Among the subjective factors,innovation,understanding of basketball and being strict with oneself have the greatest influence on the subjective factors.Among the objective factors,future development space and organizational training and learning play an important role in the evaluation.5.Influencing factors on professional ability,training institutions outside the big cities in henan province basketball coaches of the influence of subjective factors mainly from the basketball movement development and individual development in the future two angles are analyzed,in terms of objective factors mainly from the aspects of personal recognition training institutions think had a greater influence on the objective evaluation of the training institutions of vocational ability.
