| Objective:Follow the research paradigm of evidence-based treatment,formulate local evidence-based psychological intervention solutions that adapt to the problem of social anxiety in youth,and discuss whether the evidence-based intervention group can more effectively reduce the level of social anxiety in the evidence-based intervention group.Methods:In this study,the youth social anxiety meter(SAS-A)is used as a screening tool,and a total of 45 students who are included in the voluntary intervention are included subjects(n=15),random control group(n=15)and blank group(n=15),the evidence-based psychological intervention group and the mindfulness intervention group carried out eight weeks of psychological group counseling,and the blank group did not do any intervention.At 3 months in time before the intervention,3 months in time after the intervention,the social anxiety,negative evaluation of the fear table,and the comprehensive diagnosis of interpersonal relationships were used to test the members of the participating members.The test-filling questionnaire(SEQ-V)is filled in,and semi-structured interviews with the participants to understand the dynamic changes in the social anxiety issues of the subject.Results:Based on the social anxiety scale,the total score of the evidence-based intervention group and its various level scores were significantly different(F(2,40)(总分)=55.941,F(2,40)(害怕否定)=36.785,F(2,40)(陌生情境)=14.861,F(2,40)(熟悉情境)=10.501,p<0.05),and the total score of the random control group was only a significant difference in between the pretest and the post-test(F(2,40)=5.442,p<0.05),the evidence-based intervention group has better treatment for social anxiety issues,faster results,and better maintenance effects.Based on the negative evaluation of the fear table,the difference in scores before,middle,and post-testing of the evidence-based intervention group((F(2,40)=8.548,p<0.05)),and the differences in the first,middle and post-testing and tracking of the righteous thoughts(p>0.05).Based on the comprehensive diagnostic amount of interpersonal relationships,there are significant differences in the front,rear,and recovery scores of the evidence-based intervention group(F(2,40)(总分)=33.589,F(2,40)(交谈行为)=10.492,F(2,40)(变际困扰)=21.236,F(2,40)(待人接物)=5.790,F(2,40)(异性交往)=6.358,p>0.05),the improvement of talks,treating people,and heterosexual exchanges is not significantly improved(p>0.05).In the processing assessment,the intervention intervention group talks show the overall upward trend,and the random control group score shows a fluctuation trend.The results of qualitative research show that compared to the random control group,the evidence-based intervention group can better internalize the knowledge learned during the intervention process in the social situation of life and social conditions.Satisfaction is higher.Conclusion:(1)Evidence-based intervention and mindfulness therapy can improve social anxiety,and evidence-based intervention has a wide range of scope and fast results.(2)Righteous thoughts Therapy for the treatment of negative fear of the treatment is not good,and evidence-based intervention has the characteristics of fast effect and good maintenance effect.(3)Evidence-based intervention and mindfulness therapy can improve the problem of interpersonal relationships,and the scope of evidence-based intervention is wider and faster. |
