| Campus bullying is the focus of school safety education.Being bullied will cause a series of emotional and behavioral problems for individuals,and social anxiety is one of the prominent manifestations.Adolescents suffer from bullying,resulting in a lack of internal security,sensitive interpersonal relationships,fear of getting along with classmates,avoiding social activities,feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed in social situations,showing obvious social anxiety,and impaired social communication functions.Previous studies have shown that psychological capital,as an internal positive resource,plays a protective role in the development of adolescents’ mental health.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and interrelationship of bullying,psychological capital and social anxiety on campus,and to design a group psychological counseling program with psychological capital as the theme to explore the intervention effect of the program on social anxiety of junior high school students.In study 1,1189 students from two junior high schools in Sichuan Province were surveyed with the Delaware Bullying Victim Scale(Student Version),the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire and the Social Anxiety Scale to investigate the current situation of bullying,psychological capital and social anxiety of junior high school students on campus and the relationship between them;On the basis of the first study,the second study screened two homogeneous groups from the first study,24 people in each group,as the experimental group and the control group,and carried out eight group psychological counseling activities around psychological capital for the experimental group.The control group did not contact the relevant content.Finally,the two groups of subjects were tested before and after the corresponding questionnaires and data analysis to verify whether the intervention was effective,Finally,it will provide theoretical support and practical operation plan to alleviate the emotional behavior problems of junior high school students.The results are as follows:(1)The detection rate of bullying behavior among middle school students on campus is 39.6%,with verbal bullying being the most severe;The overall condition of psychological capital is good,with the highest level of hope and optimism;Social anxiety is at a moderate level,and social avoidance and distress are most evident in unfamiliar situations.(2)The school bullying behavior of junior high school students has significant differences in grade,only child,academic achievement;Psychological capital has significant differences in gender,family structure,academic achievement;There were significant differences in gender,family structure and academic achievement in social anxiety.(3)There is a significant correlation between social anxiety,psychological capital and bullying in junior middle school students.Bullying in school positively predicted social anxiety and negatively predicted psychological capital for junior high school students.(4)The psychological capital of junior middle school students plays a partial mediating role between bullying and social anxiety.(5)Group psychological counseling program with the theme of psychological capital can improve the level of psychological capital of junior middle school students and reduce their level of social anxiety. |
