With the beginning of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the state attaches more importance to the cultivation of high school students’ quality and ability,which puts forward new requirements for the role of high school teachers’ image teachers,which needs to be changed in time.This paper first discusses the concept of function,teacher’s function,high school political and ideological subject teachers’ function and function transformation,and also discusses the relevant theories of high school political and ideological subject teachers’ function transformation in the new era.He added,The role of teachers in high school ideological and political subjects has changed with the development of The Times.The transformation function of high school teachers reflects creativity,which can promote students’ development better,and emphasizes the necessity of teachers’ transformation function in the new era.Secondly,this paper points out the principles of the transformation of high school ideological and political course teachers in the new period,including:Through the above theories,readers can roughly understand the role of teachers in the new period of high school ideological and political lessons.Secondly,the author analyzes the changing status of teachers’ role in ideological and political subjects in high school in the new period.First of all,the author conducted a questionnaire survey and analyzed the results in detail.The conclusion is that there are some problems in the role transformation of ideological and political teachers in the new era.Ideological and political teachers do not have a clear understanding of the role that hinders the new role transformation It has been hampered by a lack of support for high school political and ideological teachers and affected by a lack of supervision.In view of the above problems,the author believes that the new period of high school ideological and political course teachers’ role change put forward countermeasures: carry out ideological and political course construction reform,promote the transformation of the role of teachers,transform the ideological and political teachers’ communication role,promote the school should strengthen the strength and depth of the system reform.This paper attempts to explore ways to improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political disciplines through detailed countermeasures,so as to provide the country with excellent quality and excellent learning talents in the new era.
