| On 10.16.2020,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education in the New Era,which pointed out the need to comprehensively deepen teaching reform,open full and good aesthetic education classes,and accelerate the innovative development of art disciplines.As the new curriculum standards for art are constantly updated,the content of art education and its methods are showing a diversified trend,and the state is paying more and more attention to cultivating students’ aesthetic education,while putting forward higher requirements for music teachers.To improve the teaching ability of music teachers is the key to ensure the professional development of teachers.For music teachers at the basic education level,what are the problems of their teaching ability and how to improve their teaching ability,based on this,it is necessary to conduct a study on the path of improving the teaching ability of junior high school music teachers.This paper is divided into four parts: the introduction,which mainly includes the background of the study,the purpose and significance of the study,the literature review,the research method and the theoretical basis of the study.The first chapter is a survey and analysis of the current situation of junior high school music teachers’ teaching ability in Xining City.39 junior high school music teachers from XX Music Studio in Xining City were taken as the subjects of the survey,and questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations were used to elaborate and analyze the current situation of junior high school music teachers’ teaching ability in Xining City.The second chapter is an in-depth analysis of the problems and attributions of the teaching ability of junior high school music teachers in Xining,which provides a basis for the improvement path in the later chapter.The third chapter proposes a path to improve the teaching ability of Xining junior high school music teachers based on the analysis of the results,and makes rationalized suggestions to improve the teaching ability of Xining junior high school music teachers at the level of individual teachers,pre-service and post-service. |
