With the development of social economy,the market demand is ever-changing.When there is a large number of temporary auxiliary labor demand in the employing unit due to the impact of the external market environment,it is often due to the constraints of its own enterprise size and human resources that can not meet the market demand,or when some of the positions of the employing unit have substitutability,the employing unit must solve the temporary labor demand,and labor dispatch came into being.As a labor dispatch company,Rainbow Company has limited application level of human resource management theory in the past labor dispatch recruitment work.There are some problems to be solved in the recruitment management process of labor dispatch employees.The in-depth study on the recruitment system of dispatched employees of Rainbow Company and the implementation of the optimization plan for relevant issues have important practical significance.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories such as employee recruitment,competency model,person-post matching principle,this paper analyzes the recruitment and selection of labor dispatching employees of Rainbow Company by means of literature analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the recruitment of dispatched workers of Rainbow Company,the optimization scheme for the recruitment of dispatched workers is constructed,and the detailed scheme for optimizing the recruitment system is proposed for the current problems of the company: customizing the job description,and explaining the types of dispatched workers required by the job.Enrich the recruitment channels of dispatched workers by expanding the recruitment channels of the company,building the employee database,expanding the cooperation channels,etc.,strengthen the resume analysis and reasonably design the evaluation form,optimize the recruitment of dispatched workers through the professional evaluation of talents with the help of the talent evaluation question bank,and improve the quality by evaluating the recruitment effect of dispatched workers and strengthening the summary of recruitment work.Finally,the paper analyzes the implementation of the guarantee measures for the optimization scheme of the recruitment system of the dispatched employees of Rainbow Company at the current stage,and puts forward effective measures for human security,ideological security and organizational security.The relevant research results of this paper provide a reference for the optimization of the recruitment management system of dispatched workers,lay a foundation for the optimization of the recruitment and selection scheme of dispatched workers through the relevant research of this paper,and point out the direction for the sustainable and healthy development of the company. |
