The rapid development of cities has brought about population and economic growth and material prosperity,which has made some parents pay more attention to children’s education,and the concept of eugenics and eugenics has also been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.J chain early education institution is an early education institution focusing on the brain development of children aged 0-6 years old.It has developed in N City for many years,with many institutions and a large number of students.In order to cope with the expansion of scale,J chain early education institutions have recruited a large number of personnel,but with the growing scale,the staff turnover rate is also rising.The impact of personnel turnover is also increasingly obvious: declining public praise,rising costs,and so on.These problems have affected and will continue to affect the core competitiveness of the company,seriously restricting the future development of J chain early education institutions.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the problem and countermeasures of staff turnover in J chain early education institutions.In this paper,through questionnaires and interviews,the current and former employees of J chain early education institutions were investigated respectively,hoping to help J chain early education institutions find the reasons for staff turnover,and put forward effective measures to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This article analyzes the current situation of employee turnover and the current situation of employees in J chain early childhood education institutions,and then summarizes the reasons for employee turnover in J chain early childhood education institutions through a questionnaire survey of employees on the job and in-depth interviews with employees on the job and leaving the job.These reasons include low salaries,unclear prospects for enterprise and career development,lack of sense of belonging among employees,and job burnout.In view of the above problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: adjust the salary structure,clarify the career planning,build the corporate culture,increase the work interest,etc.This paper selects J chain early education institutions as the research object.On the one hand,it hopes to provide reliable suggestions for the problems that J chain early education institutions are currently facing.On the other hand,it hopes to provide some reference for small and medium-sized private enterprises in the same industry to solve the problem of employee turnover.
