Employees are very important for the existence and operation of enterprise organizations,especially for the education and training industry.With the increase of per capita income and the change of people’s expenditure structure,the demand and investment of families and individuals in education will rise accordingly.As one of the main ways for people to improve their abilities and achieve success,education and training enterprises will surely usher in tremendous market opportunities.At the same time,with the rapid progress of science and technology,China’s economy and society is changing from industrial economy to knowledge economy era,and the importance of human capital is becoming more and more prominent.While the new generation of employees has become the mainstream group in the labor market,the new generation of employees also show a trend of high education.For the “Four Seasons Education” of the new generation of employees,it is necessary to understand the professional characteristics of these groups,to exert their strengths,stimulate their vitality,and support the development of en terprises.This paper focuses on the turnover of the new generation of employees in “Four Seasons Education and Training Enterprises”,and discusses the impact mechanisms of job satisfaction and job engagement on turnover intention of these groups.Firstly,through the analysis of the regional characteristics and personnel structure of the Four Seasons Education,this paper studies the differences of demographic characteristics of employees in turnover intention,and then,based on the literature research on the satisfaction,engagement and turnover intention of the new generation of workers,discusses the influencing factors of satisfaction and engagement of teaching staff in Four Seasons Education on turnover intention.Finally,combined with the analysis results,this paper explores the reasons for the resignation of the new generation of workers in the Four Seasons Education,and puts forward effective countermeasures to reduce the resignation rate in view of the existing problems in human resources manag ement of the enterprise.In this study,using the mature scale at home and abroad for reference.This study uses SPSS22.0 to analyze and process the collected questionnaire results.The main contents of the analysis include: sample descriptive statistics,reliability and validity test,factor analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis,regression analysis.The conclusion is that there is no significant difference in turnover intention among eight demographic variables,such as gender,education backg round,working hours and salary.Regression analysis shows that the overall dimension and relationship dimension of employee satisfaction and turnover intention are regression analysis between satisfaction and turnover intention of the new generation of employees in the Four Seasons Education.The regression coefficients are significant,but the regression coefficients of system dimension,salary and welfare dimension and turnover intention are not significant.The regression coefficients of focus dimension,growth dimension,identity dimension and turnover intention are significant from the regression between the engagement degree and turnover intention of the new generation workers educated in the Four Seasons Education.However,the regression coefficients of dedication dimension and turnover intention are significant.Not significant.Through the above analysis,combined with the p ractical problems faced by the Four Seasons Education,and following the general law of the development of education and training enterprises,this paper puts forward the system,culture and other guarantees for the human resources management problems and countermeasures of the enterprises.
