| The development dividend of the Internet and policy dividend have accelerated the industrial development of the training industry for shift students.At present,many people pay more and more attention to the shift student policy,so the development of corresponding training institutions has been concerned,and students have increasingly strict quality requirements for training institutions.At present,there are a large number of training institutions for shift students,but the capital scale is very small,and there is no large chain training companies for shift students.However,the traditional marketing model has fallen behind.How to use the Internet for precision marketing should be the focus of many companies in the industry.The competition between training companies in the "post epidemic era" is becoming increasingly fierce.Due to the serious homogenization of the products for the training of shift students,the single sales channel,and the insufficient marketing investment,many companies have difficulties in operating,resulting in losses and difficulties in stable operation.How to generate long-term profits is a common problem faced by the training institutions of shift students.How to optimize the marketing strategy,adapt to the new market environment as soon as possible and win the first chance has become an urgent problem to be solved.The H Training Company of Shift Students is one of the smaller companies in the current training industry.This paper discusses the development direction of the marketing strategy of the H Training Company of Shift Students.Considering the current marketing situation of the company,under the guidance of STP and 4Ps theory,combined with PEST and SWOT analysis,the marketing strategy was optimized.First of all,through case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview with senior executives,the marketing problems of H Training Company of Shift Students were investigated,which objectively and truly reflected the marketing strategy problems existing in the current development of H Training Company of Shift Students.Then,the SPSS software is used to cluster and analyze the results of the student customer questionnaire of the H Training Company of Shift Students,and summarize the interview results,thus clearing the obstacles on the marketing development path.Then,on the basis of summarizing the above status and problems,the optimization strategies of products,prices,sales channels and promotional activities are proposed.Finally,the paper expounds the guarantee measures to improve the effectiveness of the plan.Through the optimization research on the marketing strategy of H Training Company of Shift Students,I hope it will be beneficial to give full play to the brand advantage,improve the product popularity,expand the product market share,and also provide reference for the marketing strategy of other training companies of shift students.It is hoped that this study will play a reference role in the development of future training enterprises.The innovation of this paper is to use the cluster analysis method to carry out statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,so as to carry out classification research on the customers of the H Training Company of Shift Students,and combine the interviews with senior executives to deeply analyze the problems in marketing,on this basis,put forward the marketing strategy optimization plan according to the company’s own competitive advantages. |
