| During the major public health crisis,social work complied with the requirements of social environment,transferred social work service to network communication platform,innovated social work service mode,and developed online social work practice form.Rich practical cases of online social work provide practical wisdom and action framework for new service forms.Online social work practice form is no longer just an emergency measure in the face of social risks,but has gradually evolved into the main choice of social work practice form.Therefore,it is particularly important to summarize the relevant knowledge of online social work practice from practical practice.This paper focuses on the foundation of service practice-professional relationship,and summarizes the online situational strategies for the establishment and maintenance of professional relationship.This study adopts qualitative research method,obtains data by in-depth interview,and studies and sorts out the interview data by three-level coding method,and draws the following results: First,social workers mainly rely on online communication platforms such as We Chat,telephone,Tencent conference,etc.,and the practical situation in this platform is spatio-temporal.Secondly,there are three forms of professional relationship between social workers and clients in the online situation,including free relationship,exploratory relationship and anchoring relationship.Because there is a sense of precaution between social workers and clients in online practice situations,it often takes a long time to establish the professional relationship between social workers and clients.Finally,when establishing and maintaining professional relationships,social workers adopt a situational strategy based on remote working conditions and the current demand of clients,which is mainly reflected in the fact that social workers give priority to responding to the urgent needs of clients,use professional analysis to hit the service points,skillfully use intermediary assistance,and carry out services step by step from shallow to deep;Assist clients to adapt to the network,pay attention to the role of foreshadowing in the service process,follow up the current situation of clients in time,and actively link service resources.In addition,at the end of the article,the characteristics of traditional interpersonal communication,the integration of Internet technology into social work,social workers in public health crisis and other issues were discussed in depth.Based on the practical trend of online social work,combined with the professional practice of front-line social work,this paper uses the method of qualitative research to examine the professional relationship of online social work from practical practice,summarize the relationship forms of online professional relationship,and summarize the situational strategies adopted by social workers in establishing and maintaining professional relationship,so as to provide practical wisdom for the development of online social work professional practice. |
