"Common high school Mathematics Curriculum Standard" points out that "mathematics is a human culture".In mathematics education,mathematics culture is an indispensable link.Mathematical culture includes mathematical history,mathematicians,mathematical thoughts,mathematical viewpoints,mathematical thinking,teaching methods and so on.As a way of mathematical culture education,the research content of mathematical drama is still relatively scarce.In order to study the educational value of mathematical drama better and explore the enlightenment for educators,this paper intends to use the literature research method and text analysis and carry out self-research through the creation and reflection of mathematical drama on the science story of mathematician Qin Jiushao,and put forward the research questions of this study:1.Based on the dimension of mathematical cultural education,what are the educational values behind Qin Jiushao’s stories and thoughts?2.On the basis of self-study,what insights and thoughts did this study bring to the researcher?This research is mainly divided into two parts,the first part is literature research and text analysis,the second part is drama creation and self-research.By combing and refining the mathematical cultural education and the literature of mathematician Qin Jiushao,the connotation of mathematical cultural education in this study and the definition of the value of mathematical cultural education of mathematician Qin Jiushao are obtained.Through periodic log records and reflection on the creation and log of the mathematics drama "Hello,Qin Jiushao",the following research conclusions are reached:1.The author believes that,based on the dimension of mathematical cultural education,there are rich educational values behind Qin Jiushao’s stories and thoughts--for example,Qin Jiushao’s mastery of knowledge can encourage students to integrate mathematics with other subjects.Qin Jiushao’s academic thought can inspire students to cultivate the mathematical spirit of inheritance and innovation,tracing to the source and exploring,as well as encourage students to observe life from the perspective of mathematics and cultivate the mathematical view of applying what they have learned.2.The whole research process has brought the author some enlightenment.For example,from the dimension of "teaching",we can transform Qin Jiushao’s mathematical application thoughts into students’ subjective psychological characteristics through the innovative form of mathematical drama,which is conducive to the formation of an organism of "science--culture".From the dimension of "education",we can take Qin Jiushao’s mathematical inquiry spirit as an example,and form an organism of "culture--education".The first creation of mathematical drama gives the author the dual enjoyment of subject beauty and artistic beauty,strengthens the author ’s mathematical belief and encourages the author to improve teaching innovation ability.As a self-research method throughout the whole research process can be helpful to cultivate the author ’s spirit of teaching innovation,and promote the method innovation and effect improvement of mathematical cultural education.This study is the first time for the researcher to try to create a mathematical drama,and the writing style and content are relatively shallow.It will continue to improve in the future teaching work to form a better script.The relevant script has not been put into practice,and I hope to promote it in my future teaching career.
