With economic and social development and scientific and technological progress,the mode of knowledge production is also shifting from traditional disciplines to inter disciplinary as the center,which affects the training of graduate talents in colleges and universities.China takes service needs and improve quality as the main line of postgraduate education,and also puts forward requirements for the training of graduate talents.The cross-integration of disciplines has gradually been incorporated into the postgraduate education plan.Under the dual influence of the realistic background and policy background,this study focuses on the interdisciplinary ability and interdisciplinary training of graduate students,analyzes the status of graduate academic ability and interdisciplinary training in colleges and universities,deeply explores what factors promote the improvement of graduate students’ interdisciplinary ability.The purpose of this study is to grasp the training path of graduate students’ interdisciplinary ability development and improve the interdisciplinary training mode of colleges and universities.Based on the theory of knowledge transformation,the development of graduates’ interdisciplinary ability is a continuous transformation and progressive process,which is promoted by the joint action of organization,tutor and individual.The research method of quantitative research is used to investigate and analyze the performance of graduate students’ interdisciplinary ability and interdisciplinary training.The following research results are obtained: First,the ability of graduate academic ability is subdivided into interdisciplinary vision,interdisciplinary knowledge mastery and integration ability,and interdisciplinary research and application ability.The three sub-interdisciplinary abilities are hierarchical,and lower-level interdisciplinary ability contributes to the development of higher-level interdisciplinary ability.Second,the interdisciplinary training of graduate students in universities is in the initial stage of exploration,the interdisciplinary concept is permeated into the conventional graduate personnel training,and there is a lack of independent interdisciplinary training system.Thirdly,the entity interdisciplinary training organization is helpful to promote the development of the interdisciplinary research and application ability of graduate students,which reflects that the interdisciplinary organization focuses on the application results-oriented talent training and ignores the comprehensiveness of the development of the interdisciplinary ability of graduate students.Fourthly,the interdisciplinary guidance of tutors can promote the improvement of the interdisciplinary ability of graduate students,and the interdisciplinary guidance in various aspects plays different roles in the development of interdisciplinary ability in different dimensions.Fifth,postgraduates can effectively improve their interdisciplinary competence through interdisciplinary scientific research training and interdisciplinary exchange activities,but interdisciplinary curriculum activities have not played a significant role in promoting.Sixth,the internal motivation of interdisciplinary learning is the main driving force for the development of interdisciplinary ability of graduate students,and the internal motivation is more motivating than the external motivation.The research adopts quantitative research method to investigate and analyze the interdisciplinary ability performance and interdisciplinary training of graduate students in universities,and the following research results are obtained: First,the interdisciplinary ability of graduate students is subdivided into motivation.Based on the above research conclusions,the paper constructs an interdisciplinary training path suitable for the development of postgraduate interdisciplinary ability from four aspects: policy support,resource guarantee,organizational system and training process.First,strengthen top-level design and promote the optimization of interdisciplinary training system for graduate students.Clear the direction of graduate education reform,establish a sound interdisciplinary training policy system;to carry out the national strategy and development plan and implement the reform direction of graduate education in colleges and universities.Second,increase the investment of resources to provide resources for interdisciplinary training of graduate students.Expand funding sources and provide adequate funds for special interdisciplinary training;optimize the selection mechanism of teachers and students,and establish a team of teachers and students training interdisciplinary talents;improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism to mobilize teachers and students to actively participate in interdisciplinary education.Thirdly,optimize the management system and construct the organization system of interdisciplinary training for graduate students.Establish interdisciplinary training management system,strengthen the interdisciplinary identity of teachers and students;to build a solid interdisciplinary training platform and focus on the whole process of postgraduate talent training;we will improve the interdisciplinary guidance system of tutors and implement the contents of multi-angle interdisciplinary guidance.Fourthly,broaden the training path and create a multi-directional interdisciplinary training process for graduate students.To clarify the interdisciplinary training objectives and promote the development of multi-dimensional interdisciplinary ability of graduate students;improve the interdisciplinary curriculum system and stimulate the development of interdisciplinary curriculum;strengthen interdisciplinary scientific research training,integrate the value of scientific research and curriculum education;we will build platforms for cross-disciplinary exchanges and deepen cross-disciplinary dialogues.
