| With the expansion of the scale of graduate students,the proportion of cross-examination is also increasing.Pedagogy,as a popular cross-examination major,has a cross-examination ratio as high as 40%.The interdisciplinary community is expanding,and the problems they have in their professional learning are emerging.Professional identity is the embodiment of students’ emotional attitude towards their major,which not only affects their professional development and growth,but also affects the construction and development of the major itself.This study takes master students of interdisciplinary education in S University as the research object,through the method of combining questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to understand the current situation of professional identity of master students of interdisciplinary education,and through the grounded theory method to explore and analyze the influencing factors of professional identity,so as to deeply explore the formation mechanism of professional identity of master students of interdisciplinary education.Make more targeted suggestions.This study mainly draws the following conclusions: First,the average score of professional identity of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduate students in S University is 3.3784,which indicates that professional identity of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduate students in S University is at a medium level on the whole.The mean scores of the three dimensions of professional cognition,professional emotion and professional behavior were 3.4120,3.3894 and 3.3340 respectively,all of which were at the medium level.Second,in terms of difference analysis,There are significant differences in the professional identity of interdisciplinary pedagogy graduate students in different genders,grades,voluntary choices and work experience.Thirdly,interdisciplinary pedagogy master students show problems in professional identity such as lack of professional cognition,weak professional emotion and insufficient investment in professional behavior in professional identity.Fourthly,through the grounded theory research method,the theoretical model of influencing professional identity is constructed,that is,the personal factors of students have an internal promoting effect on professional identity,and the professional training environment and social environment have an external driving effect on professional identity.The interaction between students’ personal factors and professional environment affects professional identity,and the interaction between students’ personal factors and social environment affects professional identity.According to the above factors,this study mainly puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the professional identity of interdisciplinary pedagogy graduate students from three aspects: individual students,universities and educational administrative organs. |
