Research On The Social Work Of Party Building Of Migrant Worker

China has entered a new stage of Chinese-style modernization,which is inseparable from the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee and the contribution of 290 million migrant workers in the modernization construction.In the future construction,we must continue to play the role of the working class as the main force in the Chinese-style modernization.To gather this majestic force,we must strengthen ideological and political leadership,so that the Party’s theory can go to the side of migrant workers and enter their hearts.However,most of the migrant workers are away from their hometowns and the Party,and the mobility of Party members and their ideological awareness have led to the fact that they are outside the Party organization,making it difficult to cover and organize them.How to carry out the party building work of migrant workers and who should do the party building work has become a new issue of concern to party organizations at all levels.The author believes that social work,which is in line with the value concept of party building work,has great potential.In this paper,taking migrant workers in G community of Guangzhou as the research object,social workers use interview method to analyze the current situation and needs of party building work for migrant workers in G community.Under the guidance of embedding theory and party building theory,the service program is designed and implemented around the steps of embedding subject and object,embedding space,embedding mechanism,and embedding effect;under the leadership of street party committee,the embedding service project is designed by using community work method.The project includes the following four themes:"Organizational Connector" theme,"Carnival of Ideas" theme,"Strong Linkage Service"theme,and "Drawing The theme of "One Heart Circle".Each of the four themes carries out different activities to solve the problems such as low sense of belonging,loose education and low participation in party building activities among the migrant workers in G community.The results of the effectiveness assessment and satisfaction survey reveal that social work embedded in the party building work of migrant workers has significant effectiveness,and social work has to some extent promoted migrant worker groups to maintain and enhance their political,advanced and mass character under the leadership of the Party.
