Chinese culture is extensive and profound,and has a long history of 5,000 years.Compared with other cultures in the world,Chinese culture has its own unique national cultural characteristics.Folk stories not only contain knowledge learning,but more importantly,profound educational philosophy,life experience and excellent national cultural and spiritual genes.Since folk stories are created orally and expressed in written language,they are infiltrated into the language education activities of kindergarten classes.It is not only conducive to the inheritance and development of traditional culture,but also conducive to the shaping of children’s personality and moral quality,and promote the cultivation and development of children’s language ability.This study mainly takes three kindergartens in Huangdao District,Qingdao City,Shandong Province as examples,and adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and observation to carry out folk stories in the field of language(e.g.The survey of language collective teaching activities,language activity areas,language games)is mainly conducted from four dimensions: the formulation of teaching objectives of folk stories in the language field of large class,the selection of teaching content of folk stories,the organization form of folk stories and the teaching methods of folk stories.Through the questionnaire survey of 136 teachers of large class,the interview of eight teachers and four children,and the observation of classroom teaching,it is found that there are the following problems in the application of folk stories in language education activities of kindergarten large class:(1)Teachers’ understanding of folk stories is relatively insufficient,and the application ability of folk stories is not good.(2)The organization form of folk story activities is simple and the teaching method is standardized.(3)The content and material selection of folk stories course are solidified.(4)Lack of integration of folk story resources.(5)Folk stories appear less frequently in language activity areas and language games.(6)Curriculum development and related training of kindergarten folk stories are insufficient.The main reasons for the application of folk tales in language education activities in kindergarten are:(1)teachers’ own problems.(2)The kindergarten does not pay due attention to the teaching of folk stories.(3)The kindergarten fails to make full use of family education resources to carry out home cooperation.(4)The social support for the development of folk story resources is obviously insufficient.Therefore,in order to better apply folk stories in language education activities of kindergarten classes,appropriate improvement suggestions are put forward from the level of teachers,kindergartens,families and society.In short,this study fully embodies the intrinsic value of folk stories in children’s language education activities,so as to achieve the optimization of traditional culture education in kindergartens,so as to enable children to feel the essence of traditional culture and the cultural wisdom of the Chinese nation in language education activities,and germination of children’s cultural love,so as to promote children’s comprehensive development.For kindergarten traditional culture education to provide a new perspective and insight!...
