In this study,the self-efficacy of students in the martial arts general class of public physical education in Hubei Normal University was studied.Through interviews with students in the martial arts general class and teachers in the martial arts general course,the analysis was carried out.According to the existing problems,the ’ open questionnaire on the learning situation of martial arts courses ’ was compiled scientifically.The purpose of this study is to compile a scientific and practical Wushu curriculum learning self-efficacy scale,to investigate the current situation of learning self-efficacy of students in the general class who study the national firstclass course ’ Wushu ’ of Hubei Normal University,to understand the classroom effect of Wushu curriculum and the progress of curriculum ideological and political education,and to provide value reference for the promotion of Wushu curriculum and the modification and optimization of curriculum.The results of the study show that :(1)’ The preparation and detection of the learning self-efficacy scale of Wushu general courses ’ includes four dimensions : effort efficacy,control efficacy,environmental efficacy and acquisition efficacy;the cumulative variance contribution rate of factor analysis is 68.682 %,and the a-coefficient reliability of each dimension of the scale is above 0.8.The design of the martial arts general course scale has good reliability and validity;the model fitting index X2 / df = 2.294,RMSEA = 0.068,GFI = 0.862,PGFI = 0.727,TLI = 0.929,CFI = 0.938,which meets the requirements of surveying.(2)The self-efficacy of martial arts course learning is at the upper middle level(M = 101.9892).The sense of effort efficacy is 27.5753,the sense of environmental efficacy is 23.5806,the sense of control efficacy is 23.4731 and the sense of acquisition efficacy is 27.3602.(3)The self-efficacy of college students ’ martial arts general course learning has significant differences in gender,major and physical test scores(P good > medium > passing students;there was no significant difference in the efficacy of Wushu course learning between family background and grade(P >0.05).This scale can be used as a measurement tool to test the learning self-efficacy of college students ’ martial arts general courses.(4)The teaching plan structure design and classroom teaching of ’ martial arts ’ course in Hubei Normal University have a good effect on integrating curriculum ideology and politics.Based on the above research results,the following four suggestions are proposed :(1)According to the significant differences between different professional categories,it is necessary to strengthen the introduction of scenarios in the classroom,cultivate their empathy for the deeds of historical heroes,and carry out concise and clear science popularization of some historical knowledge and literary allusions.(2)According to the significant differences between different genders,we should pay attention to girls ’ thinking habits and learning styles in classroom teaching,not only to play their ability to analyze classical poetry when learning cultural knowledge,but also to guide them to further use the accumulated knowledge,which can effectively improve girls ’ selfefficacy in martial arts learning,so that girls can also make better progress and promote the common progress of male and female students.(3)According to the significant difference between different test scores,gradually improve students ’ confidence in martial arts learning,so that they can learn other physical education courses can also have the confidence to learn,even in the study of cultural courses can also have a successful faith.For students with poor physical test scores,they should communicate with them more,understand their learning feelings in the classroom,adopt encouragement,praise,and more interaction to improve their sense of participation and selfconfidence,thereby improving the learning effect and improving the self-efficacy of learning martial arts courses.(4)The ideological and political content into the martial arts curriculum to achieve the effect of moistening things silently.According to the teaching plan design of the martial arts course of Hubei Normal University,we should not simply and roughly pursue the form,but should carefully design,constantly improve,and fully tap the various ideological and political elements contained in the general course of martial arts.The integration of ideological and political content in each course should be more natural,so that students can get a subtle influence inside and outside the classroom,and improve their comprehensive quality.
