| The two-way integration of artificial intelligence and education makes education more "intelligent" and "personalized".As the main participants in education and teaching,teachers need to re-examine their roles to cope with the new situation of educational reform under the wave of artificial intelligence.At present,primary school teachers,as one of the core elements in the field of primary education,directly affect the quality of primary education and the all-round development of primary school students.Therefore,it is particularly prominent and important to promote the role transformation of primary school teachers.This article is mainly elaborated from three parts.The first part is an overview of the theory of teacher’s role transformation from the perspective of artificial intelligence.By combing the different changes of teachers’ roles in the agricultural,industrial and information age,this study holds that the changes of teachers’ roles are closely related to their times.Driven by social needs and personnel training,guided by national policies and intelligent technology,and with the needs of teachers’ own professional ethics and professional development,the roles of primary school teachers should be changed from imparting knowledge to building knowledge,from the operator of curriculum teaching to innovators,and from the learning level of students to supervisors and technology user.In the second part,on the basis of the above research,through questionnaires and interviews,the role change of primary school teachers in H District,H City,Hubei Province is systematically studied,and the problems and reasons in the process of role change of primary school teachers are analyzed.It is found that artificial intelligence has a certain influence on teachers’ role transformation,and there is a gap between primary school teachers’ proper role and their actual role,which reflects the problems of teachers’ weak sense of role transformation,vague direction and insufficient ability.The reason is that teachers are not rich in knowledge,the inertia of traditional teaching thinking is limited,and the cognitive deviation of artificial intelligence is related to the insufficient training of artificial intelligence in schools.The third part puts forward optimization strategies for the smooth transformation of teachers’ roles from three aspects: teachers themselves,school education and social environment.Teachers’ own level: improve their role awareness and strengthen their sense of change;Improve the running-in ability of the role and alleviate the contradiction of the role;Improve the role reflection ability and reduce the role load.School education level: constructing humanistic teacher management system;Carry out diversified school-based training of intelligent technology;Provide enough time for teachers.Social environment: define the proper orientation of teachers’ roles;Improve the evaluation system of teachers’ role;Adjust teachers’ expectations reasonably,improve the sense of role efficacy,and help teachers change and grow their roles. |
