| The role of teacher should be changed in the new curricula reform ofelementary education: teacher is not only an initiator and supervisor ofknowledge, but also a promoter and guider of the students' development;not only a user of the curriculum resources, but also an investigator anddeveloper of the curriculum resources; not a closed supervisor of thecurriculum resources, but an open builder of the scientific curriculumresources. The relationships between the curriculum resources and theteachers are of symbiosis and joint development. However, nowdays,because of some teachers lack of the consciousness and ability onidentifying, developing and applying the curriculum resources, and theteachers don't attach enough importance to the status and effect of thecurriculum resources, it makes encumbrances during the teaching reform ofthe high and elementary school.Presently, the urgent affairs are to enhance the teachers' consciousnesson the curriculum resources, to upgrade the teachers' level and abilitywhich can develop and apply all kinds of curriculum resources with theprinciple of adaptation to local conditions, so as to achieve the change ofteachers, to realize the goals of the curricula reform.The subject of this study will focus on elementary teachers andapproaching their teaching practice. Analyze the feasibility and measuresthat how to change the role of them in the curriculum resource.The thesis has three parts besides introduction and concluding.The first part: New curricula to the curriculum resourcesexploitation and the demands of teacher's role- change. Overview of the new curricula. The concept of curriculum resources, the curriculumresources exploitation and Utilization of significance; Overview therequirement of the changing roles of teachers in the new curriculumrequirements.The second part: The interpromomtion between curriculum resourcesexploitation and the role-change of teachers. Analyze the relationshipsbetween the curriculum resources exploitation and the role-change ofteacher which supplement each other, which is of symbiosis and jointdevelopment.The third part: To achieve teachers' role transition via curriculumresources exploitation. Probe the transition patterns of teachers role incurriculum resources exploitation, where rational utilization of teachingbooks, optimization and integration to various teaching resources,appropriate dealings with curricula in three stages, and autonomouscurriculum resources exploitation, etc., are employed to realize teachers'transition in their roles. And we thus consequently try to capture thespecific transition patterns of teacher's role in the background ofcurriculum resources exploitation. |
