With the continuous promotion of the new round of curriculum reform,the content and system of history textbooks are also changing,and the new version of history textbooks has a greater proportion of historical materials in pictures with more prominent features of illustrations and text.Pictures are no longer an optional embellishment and decoration in textbooks,but an indispensable component that plays a significant role.Based on this background,teachers should strengthen the in-depth use of history textbook pictures,effectively use pictures to carry out in-depth teaching,help students master the methods of identifying and using history pictures,cultivate students’ ability to learn history pictures in deep,review new knowledge and connect old knowledge,stimulate students’ interest in learning,and better implement the cultivation of core literacy..Deep learning as an important grasp of deepening curriculum reform and a practical way to promote the implementation of core literacy is receiving more and more attention from the education community.In this paper,we study and analyze the deep learning and teaching practice of high school history textbook pictures from the perspective of deep learning.Based on the existing research results in academia,the current high school history selective compulsory 2 "Economic and Social Life" is chosen as an example to explore the significance and strategies of teaching history pictures to promote the development of core literacy under the perspective of deep learning.By investigating students’ and teachers’ use of history textbook pictures,analyzing the shortcomings of the current history picture teaching,exploring the necessity of deep learning in the process of promoting core literacy through history picture teaching,and analyzing how teachers can specifically implement history picture teaching in textbooks,designing specific teaching cases of deep learning history pictures,and summarizing the implementation path of deep learning history pictures.Based on the perspective that deep learning is applicable to history textbooks,the article analyzes the relationship between deep learning and history pictures based on the selective compulsory 2 of high school history,combined with relevant teaching cases,so that teachers and students can realize the important role of history pictures in textbooks and give full play to their real teaching functions and practical utility.In this paper,we use the case study of teaching history pictures in history textbooks to demonstrate that deep learning is an important path to implement the core literacy of the subject,and students can realize the cultivation and improvement of history core literacy in the process of deep learning of history pictures.Deep learning is a high-level learning style adapted to the core literacy of high school students,and it plays an important role in the cultivation of students’ high-level abilities.The article’s research on the teaching practice of history pictures provides reference for teachers’ handling of selective compulsory history materials on the one hand,and provides reference for teachers to explore ways and means to cultivate core literacy on the other.
