Preschool education in remote ethnic areas has always been a weak point in the ethnic education system and preschool education system,especially in the relatively backward economic level and remote Zhuang inhabited areas.In order to effectively promote children’s development,inherit traditional ethnic culture,and promote ethnic unity and harmony,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is using locally developed early reading curriculum resources for strong men and women.At the same time,a large number of studies have shown that self-efficacy has a significant positive correlation with academic motivation and academic achievement.The higher the self-efficacy,the higher the level of mental health.Based on this,this study investigates the development level and specific performance of children’s sense of self-efficacy and explores countermeasures to improve it under the realistic background of the use of early reading curriculum resources for strong men in Zhuang ethnic communities.To promote better adaptation of young children to future school learning and social development.In this study,139 children from 5 kindergartens in Zhuang inhabited areas were selected as research objects.Firstly,questionnaire method,observation method,SPSS22.0 and Amos20.0 were used to investigate and analyze the development status of the self-efficacy level of children aged 5 to 6 in Zhuang inhabited areas.Secondly,60 children and 8 preschool teachers were interviewed offline.Nvivo19.0 was used to organize and analyze the factors affecting the development of children’s sense of self-efficacy.Finally,based on the questionnaire survey,observation records and interview information,the paper explores the countermeasures to improve the level of children’s self-efficacy from the local reality,in order to attract the attention and attention of experts and scholars in the field of education,preschool teachers and parents of children to self-efficacy.We will improve the quality of preschool education in Zhuang ethnic areas.The results of this study were as follows: 1.Children’s general self-efficacy was at an average level,consistent with the results of previous studies,with an average score of(3.247±0.675);2.The general self-efficacy of children is significantly correlated with age,class nature and kindergarten nature.The general self-efficacy of children aged 6 is higher than that of children aged 5,children in mixed-age class is higher than that of children in large class,and children in rural primary school affiliated kindergarten is higher than that of children in town center park.2.There is no significant difference in children’s self-efficacy in teaching activities;The self-efficacy of single-mixed age class was higher than that of senior class.Children with different levels of self-efficacy have the following problems: 1.The low level shows different levels of self-confidence,uneven self-evaluation ability and task execution ability;2.2.The intermediate level shows weak emergency response ability,less self-encouragement and self-expression;3.Higher level shows less self-encouragement and uneven task execution ability.Based on the above problems,this study puts forward the following suggestions: 1.In view of the low level of self-efficacy,children’s self-evaluation ability should be improved and their direct experience in dealing with difficulties and performing tasks should be enriched;2.2.For the medium level,children should enrich their direct experience in autonomous activities,encourage their self-expression and improve their self-encouraging behavior;3.In view of high level,children’s self-cognition should be enriched and their task execution ability should be comprehensively exercised.
