The reform of moral education evaluation in the new era is facing many practical problems and difficulties.The "Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Moral Education Evaluation in the New Era" proposes to reform student evaluation,improve moral education evaluation,and carry out research on digital technology empowering moral education evaluation reform under the guidance of the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people".In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things,it is necessary to deepen the reform of moral education evaluation in the new era The need to improve the effectiveness of school moral education work and promote students’ moral development and comprehensive growth conforms to the development trend of national education evaluation reform,and explores a path for moral education evaluation to overcome practical difficulties.Clarifying the value and demands of digital technology empowering the reform of moral education evaluation lies in improving the efficiency of moral education evaluation,achieving fairness in moral education evaluation,and promoting students’ comprehensive development.By using diversified evaluation subjects,multi-dimensional evaluation content,intelligent evaluation methods,holographic evaluation evidence,and visual evaluation results,we can reverse the rigid and one-sided nature of traditional evaluation content,narrow and limited subjects,and simple and primary methods in the past The situation of outdated means.The author takes this as a logical starting point,with the research topic as the center and the problem oriented approach,to conduct an investigation on the practice of empowering junior high school moral education evaluation reform with digital technology.Through interviews,questionnaires,and other survey methods,the author deeply understands the current situation of reform practice.The research results show that the practice of empowering junior high school moral education evaluation reform with digital technology is still in the exploratory stage,and the current achievements are not significant.There are five urgent problems that need to be solved,mainly reflected in: the content of moral education evaluation has not been multi-dimensional,the pattern of multiple subjects has not yet formed,the level of intelligence in means is not high,the process of evidence collection has not been fully data-driven,and the results have not been visualized.The reason for this is that the evaluation subject has cognitive bias towards the reform of moral education evaluation,the long-term implementation of a single evaluation model makes moral education evaluation path dependent,insufficient funding leads to low intelligence of digital technology facilities and equipment,and low digital literacy of the teaching team,making it difficult to achieve visualization of evaluation results.In response to the above analysis,based on the fourth generation evaluation theory and the theory of multiple intelligences evaluation,strategies for optimization are proposed from four aspects,mainly including: strengthening policy propaganda to achieve consensus on reform among various moral education evaluation subjects;Improve the management system and break the path dependence of traditional moral education evaluation;Innovate training content to enhance the digital leadership of school administrators and digital literacy of teachers;Strengthen the guarantee of conditions and increase investment in the construction of new infrastructure.In this way,empowering the reform of moral education evaluation with digital technology can optimize the moral education evaluation of students in the new era,promote the internalization and cultivation of students’ morality,and meet the "moral expectations" of socialist modernization construction for students and the needs of comprehensive growth and personalized development of individual students. |
