| Along with the development and progress of science and technology,digital technology and information technology,the wave brought by digitalization is changing all walks of life.We are currently in the era of digital economy characterized by the integration of mobile Internet,big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other digital technologies in all walks of life.The vigorous development of these technologies is changing and affecting every aspect of our work and life step by step.At the same time,while bringing development opportunities for all industries,they are also accelerating deeper changes in industries and trades.In such a changing environment,how traditional SMEs can promote their own digital transformation so as to adapt to the development of society and technology is a strategic problem faced by the majority of SMEs in China.This paper takes Chongqing JShine Company as the research object,as an education and training company with a traditional offline consulting and training business,has been exploring the possibility and path of digital transformation for education and training companies since its establishment in 2016.By studying and analyzing JS Company’s exploration and practice in the process of digital transformation,we explore the specific paths and further development suggestions for traditional education and training enterprises in China to carry out digital transformation in the context of today’s vigorous development of digital economy.By investigating and studying the exploration and practice of digital transformation in Chongqing JS over the past six years,the paper applies the Porter’s Five Forces model and the VRIO model,and aims to identify the problems and causes of the digital transformation process in Chongqing JS.The paper also proposes a plan and outlook for future digital transformation strategy optimization of Chongqing JShine Company.It is hoped that this paper can provide some guiding suggestions for Chongqing JShine Company in the process of digital transformation,and also provide reference for SMEs in the same industry to implement digital transformation. |
