| In recent years,vocational undergraduate education in China has developed rapidly,and the scale of education is growing day by day.It not only meets the needs of China’s economic and social development,but also meets the diverse needs of the people for undergraduate education.As a talent incubator that supports economic development,the reason why vocational undergraduate education can cultivate high-quality innovative technical and skilled talents that society needs is,from the perspective of education,the key lies in the implementation of practical teaching.However,industrial transformation and upgrading have raised higher standards for the educational function of vocational education,which requires vocational undergraduate colleges to attach importance to the construction of practical teaching level.Strengthening practical teaching plays a promoting role in improving the quality of practical teaching and achieving talent cultivation goals.In practical teaching,there are problems such as outdated teaching concepts,mismatch between teaching content and training objectives,low scientific teaching evaluation,weak teaching staff,insufficient and slow updating of teaching facilities and equipment.Guided by the concepts of lifelong education,competency based education,and action oriented teaching,this paper proposes promotion strategies for practical teaching: firstly,establish a "people-oriented" practical teaching concept,with the teaching goal of cultivating students’ sustainable development ability,and stimulate students’ creativity on the basis of cultivating practical abilities;Secondly,we need to increase the development of new teaching materials and use them to promote the updating of teaching content,so that students can master the latest technology and knowledge;Third,we should build a scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation system,focus on diversification in evaluation subjects,contents and methods,and promote the cultivation of students’ professional ability,learning ability,information literacy,professionalism,professionalism and craftsmanship;The fourth is to increase talent introduction efforts,implement "external introduction and internal training",and establish a dual teacher team that is "knowledgeable in theory,capable of scientific research,proficient in teaching,strong in skills,proficient in the market,and knowledgeable in the industry";The fifth is to broaden the channels for educational funding,increase investment in practical teaching,supplement and update teaching facilities and equipment to meet teaching needs,deepen school enterprise cooperation,jointly build and manage shared practical teaching bases,and fill the "weakness" of practical teaching conditions.Practical teaching in vocational undergraduate colleges plays an important role in cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents.Currently,practical teaching is still in the positioning and exploration stage,and there is a long way to go in the construction of management rules and regulations for practical teaching.Based on the characteristics of practical teaching,it is necessary to develop a set of management rules and regulations that are in line with the development of practical teaching,in order to improve the quality of teaching and talent cultivation. |
