| Young people are important talent resources for national construction and development.Guaranteeing the physical health of young people is an important guarantee for the country to realize sustainable development.At present,the physical health of adolescents is declining,with major health problems including obesity,myopia,chronic diseases at a younger age.In order to reverse the decline of teenagers’ physical health,the state has put forward and implemented high school entrance examination physical education to achieve the goal of healthy development of teenagers.Since the implementation of high school entrance examination,students’ physical exercise time has been guaranteed,students’ physical fitness has been enhanced,schools,teachers,students and parents pay more attention to physical education,promoting the reform of school physical education and enhancing students’ physical education awareness.The purpose of this study is to put forward the countermeasures to improve the scores of Xi ’an middle school students through the investigation and research on the data and the factors affecting the scores of the unified examination of physical education in Xi ’an Xincheng District,so as to provide specific and effective measures and methods for improving the scores of the unified examination of physical education in Xi ’an middle school students in the future,so that students can practice effectively and enhance their physical quality.This paper takes the results of questionnaire survey of students and teachers in the unified physical education examination of 2021 and 2022 middle School entrance examination in Xi ’an Xincheng District as the research object.The main research methods are literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Through descriptive statistical analysis of the unified physical education examination results of Xi ’an Xincheng District high school entrance examination and correlation analysis of teachers’ and students’ questionnaire results and results,the influence degree of different influencing factors on results was obtained,and countermeasures were put forward.The results are as follows:(1)The students of Xi ’an Xincheng District maintained a good and superior total score in the unified physical education examination in 2021 and 2022.The total score in 2022 was higher than that in 2021,and the overall performance of girls was better than boys.In terms of performance distribution,compared with 2021,the proportion of excellent level increased in2022,while the proportion of good,qualified and unqualified decreased,and the performance distribution tended to be concentrated at a higher level.(2)In the 2021 and 2022 Unified Physical Education Examination of Xi ’an Xincheng District students,the scores of endurance and cardiopulmonary function in different test contents remain at a good level;In the speed and explosive power events,the 50-meter running performance was good,while the standing long jump performance was qualified and the number of people selected was small.In the strength project,students mainly choose to throw solid ball before the test and achieve excellent results.The number of students choose pull-ups for boys and sit-ups for girls in one minute is small,and their performance level fluctuated between good and qualified.The skill item is the highest among the four items in the unified Physical Education examination of the high school Entrance examination.The score of basketball dribble layup in the half court,football skill and volleyball skill is excellent,and the score of basketball dribble in the whole court is good and superior.2022 is better than 2021.In terms of the score distribution,the overall performance is that the proportion of excellent level increases,the proportion of good level varies in the examination content of different items,there is a fluctuation,the proportion of qualified level and unqualified level decreases,and the overall score distribution tends to be concentrated at the high level.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between different achievement factors and physical education test scores,and the correlation coefficient is different,with different degree of correlation.As can be seen from the correlation coefficient,the factors of students’ independent practice and students’ attitude towards physical education in the high school entrance examination are highly correlated with their scores,and have a great influence on their scores.Among them,the correlation coefficients of students’ independent practice start time,practice time,practice cost,practice goal,pressure degree,practice enthusiasm and scores are all above.900**,indicating a significant correlation.The factors of physical education teachers’ teaching situation and teaching attitude of physical education teachers have a high degree of correlation with their scores.Among them,the correlation coefficients of classroom practice time,the degree of emphasis on physical education in high school entrance examination,the degree of understanding of policies,the degree of emphasis on practice objectives,the degree of emphasis on practice effects,the enthusiasm of work and the scores are all above.800**.The coefficient of correlation between the practice time at the beginning of the project,the frequency of classroom practice,the assignment of homework and the score is above.780**,and the correlation is obvious.The factors of physical education teaching environment have low correlation degree with the achievement,and have little influence on the achievement.The following conclusions can be drawn from the research results:(1)The selection of student events presents the characteristics of centralization,with an obvious difference in the number of students choosing different events.The overall performance of different events is high,but the performance of standing long jump,male horizontal bar pullup and female one-minute sit-up is low,and the number of students choosing is small.(2)The number of school venues and equipment can meet the needs of teachers and students for practice,but there is no clear plan for the supplement of venues and equipment.The school is poor in carrying out sports related activities for high school entrance examination and related training for teachers,and the construction of campus practice atmosphere is insufficient.(3)Physical education teachers have good teaching performance on the whole,sufficient class hours,early practice of related items,effective guarantee of practice duration and frequency,and pay attention to consolidating exercises after class.(4)Teachers attach great importance to PE in the high school entrance examination,have a positive attitude towards teaching,and set high goal-oriented practice goals.However,it can be seen that PE in the high school entrance examination increases the work pressure and workload of PE teachers,and increases the work burden,which has a negative impact on some teachers.(5)Students pay attention to independent exercises,showing the characteristics of high goals,high intensity,high investment,etc.When students conduct independent exercises,parents have a high degree of participation,pay attention to the practice situation of students,and give enough financial support,but students have obvious feelings of exam pressure,which has adverse effects on students. |
