Since the reform and opening up,in the environment of greatly improving living standards,the actual health situation of middle school students in China has shown a downward trend,and the state has paid more attention to the development of teenagers’ physical health.With the continuous reform of the sports high school entrance examination,the test content of Shihezi sports high school entrance examination includes compulsory items,selective items and sampling items,with a total score of 50 points.The results of the sports high school entrance examination will affect the situation of entering high school.Based on the practical problems of teenagers’ physical health decline and the actual situation of the physical examination,combined with the characteristics of the compulsory items of the physical examination,the teaching experiment is carried out by using reasonable and effective physical training methods in physical education teaching.This thesis takes the teaching experiment method as the core,and uses the research methods of literature,mathematical statistics,Delphi method and so on to study the influence of physical fitness training methods in physical education teaching on the results of compulsory tests in physical education high school entrance examination.Two classes were selected from the seven classes in the third grade of a middle school in Shihezi to participate in the teaching experiment.One class was the experimental class,and the other was the control class.Through a 12 week teaching experiment,the results of the compulsory test items in the physical education high school entrance examination of the two classes were compared and analyzed before,during and after the experiment,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the scores of compulsory test items between the experimental class and the control class.After the 12 week teaching experiment,the scores of the students in the experimental class and the control class in the compulsory test items of physical education in the middle school entrance examination were improved to a certain extent compared with those before the experiment.The sports scores of the students in the experimental class in the compulsory test items of physical education in the middle school entrance examination were significantly higher than those in the control class,and the scores of the students in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class.The students in the experimental class have better individual average score,average total score and pass rate than those in the control class.(2)Through the use of rapid telescopic compound training method and repeated training method,the explosive force of lower limbs is effectively improved,and the sports performance and score of standing long jump are improved;Core strength training method and combination training method enhance the strength of upper and lower limbs and core strength,and have a significant effect on the sports performance and score of in-situ solid ball throwing;Through the use of continuous training method,intermittent training method,circular training method,repeated training method and transformation training method,the sports performance and score of 800 meters /1000 meters have been greatly improved,but the physical training content needs to be further improved.(3)By using a variety of physical training methods to design the teaching content of physical training,and combined with the characteristics of the compulsory test items of physical education high school entrance examination,we can fully mobilize students’ subjective and positive role in participating in exercise,so as to further improve the performance of physical education high school entrance examination.(4)By adding the teaching content of physical training methods to physical education teaching,we can gradually enrich the basic theoretical knowledge framework of middle school physical education curriculum,put forward the basis for the teaching reform of school physical education in the future,and also point out the direction and theoretical basis for the educational reform and training work of physical education high school entrance examination.
