Research On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Career Education In Rural Primary Schools

The aim for “Double Reduction” is to make education takes its original responsibility.In this situation,career education in primary is the main power to reduce education anxiety and update views in society.Development of country education can promote education equality and country construction.Rural revitalization also relies on education.Rural primary schools educating students for country construction and making contributions.Our country puts career education for primary schools in an important status.The State Council introduces many policies to advocate career education in primary school and enhance the connection between general education and vocational education these years.Also for promoting our education industry developing in high quality.Our scholars did many research on career education in primary schools for the present.But it lacks of attention in rural area.To get deeper research on career education in rural primary school,this research takes Y town in Guangxi as an example.658 questionnaires were collected,and interviewed 5primary school teachers and 4 primary school students.The result shows that: Lacking of knowledge for family and teachers,professional ability shortage and no resources for career education classes are the main problems.To summarize the reason it found that:traditional view influences the schools and families which lead to wrong view to career education.It has policy and direct experiences shortage,and the limitation resources in rural area to advocate and carry out the career education.The small number of professional teachers is also the problem.It propose strategies from country society,country schools and country families.Promoting attention in country and enhance the country companies make cooperation with country schools to implement career activities is the responsibility for country society.Country schools need focus on local class for career education,and also attracts more professional teachers.As for country families,the parents should keep accompany with children to make career activities,also need to cultivate the career awareness for children.It hopes that can shape a new circle between society,school and family.Only in this way,can promote the career education in primary schools.
