High school students due to lack of physical exercise caused by a series of problems such as obesity,myopia and mental health,has been widely concerned by the academic community.High school students’ physical health is an important part of the "Healthy China" plan.At present,it is urgent to improve the physical health level of high school students.In the past,we attributed the decline of high school students’ physical health too much to school physical education.In recent years,some scholars have begun to explore the influence of family factors on high school students’ physical exercise behavior from the perspective of family education,and pointed out that individual psychological state is also an important factor affecting physical exercise behavior,among which exercise commitment is a variable affecting individual adherence to physical exercise,but the mechanism of action among the three is still unclear.Based on this,this study explores the influence mechanism of family physical behavior environment on high school students’ physical exercise behavior and the mediating role of exercise commitment.Through theoretical construction and empirical test,this paper provides theoretical basis for promoting the development of physical exercise behavior of high school students from the perspective of family,so as to improve the physical health of high school students.This paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to explore the relationship among family physical behavior environment,exercise commitment and physical exercise behavior of high school students.First,use descriptive statistical analysis to explore the basic characteristics of the three;Secondly,the difference analysis is used to explore the basic differences of the three demographic information.Third,Pearson correlation coefficient method is used to explore the correlation between the three;Fourthly,the Process plug-in of the SPSS macro program compiled by Hayes was used to conduct the mediating effect test and Bootstrap analysis to explore the mediating effect of exercise commitment on the influence of family sports behavior environment on high school students’ physical exercise behavior.The results are as follows:1.In the family sports behavior environment,parents have high support for children’s physical exercise,high school students have a good level of personal exercise commitment,and the amount of physical exercise is at a medium level.2.There are significant differences in family physical behavior environment in terms of family income,education level and family type: families with high income and high education level are better than families with low income and low education level;The nuclear family and the main family are superior to the single parent family.There are significant differences in the level of exercise commitment between different genders and grades: boys are better than girls;The senior class is superior to the junior class.There are also significant differences in physical exercise behavior between different genders: boys are better than girls.3.The interaction among family physical behavior environment,exercise commitment and physical exercise behavior of high school students.First,physical activity,logistical support and behavioral encouragement in the family sports behavior environment are significantly positively correlated with physical exercise behaviors of high school students,and hypothesis H1 is valid.Secondly,physical activity,logistic support and behavioral encouragement in the family sports behavior environment are significantly positively correlated with exercise commitment,so hypothesis H2 is true.There is a significant positive correlation between exercise commitment and physical exercise behavior of high school students,assuming that H3 is true.4.Exercise commitment plays a partial mediating role in the process of family physical behavior environment affecting high school students’ physical exercise behavior.Specifically,physical activity,logistics support,behavioral encouragement and other dimensions not only directly affect the total amount of high school students’ physical exercise,but also indirectly influence through exercise commitment,with the mediating effect reaching 33.4%,40%,and46.6%,respectively.Let’s say H4 is true.
