China is strong if young people are strong,and China is strong if sports are strong.The physical health of young people is the future of China’s social development,but the health of young people has always been a common concern of society.In June 2016,the State Council issued the National Fitness Program(2016-2020),which clearly stated that young people should be regarded as the key targets for implementing the National Fitness Program,and attention should be paid to enhancing the enthusiasm of young people in physical exercise and improving their physical fitness.However,due to the characteristics of education in China,most parents pay more attention to the performance of young people’s courses,thus ignoring children’s health problems.Obesity and myopia have become more common in recent years.Family sports is an important content and means for the implementation of youth physical education,and an important way to strengthen family communication and cultivate the personality development of adolescents.The family is the child’s first safe haven,and the parents are the children’s first teachers.In the family environment,parents’knowledge,social behavior,personality and morality directly or indirectly affect their children’s participation in physical exercise.To this end,this article takes the family physical environment on the primary school students’extracurricular physical exercise behavior as the research object,taking the students of Ganghua Primary School in Qingshan District of Wuhan City and Wuhan Wuluo Road Jindi Branch as the pre-survey objects,and taking 247 primary school students and their parents in the primary school affiliated to Central China Normal University.Formal investigation object.Use SPSS20.0 and AMOS23.0 statistical software to carry out exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,and use "Physical Activity Rating Scale PARS-3" to measure the extracurricular physical exercise behavior of primary school students.Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,analysis of variance,multiple comparisons,stepwise linear regression and other statistical methods are used to analyze the influence of children’s extracurricular physical exercise behaviors in the primary school stage on the family environment.The results point out:(1)The households surveyed in this study have correlations among all dimensions of the physical environment of sports.Among them,sports equipment has the greatest correlation with sports venues/sports facilities near home,and the correlation between sports facilities/sports facilities near home and sports life and entertainment products is The smallest;monthly income,sports consumption and the physical environment of family sports except for sports equipment have significant differences,and they are positively correlated.The average monthly household income will affect the amount of sports equipment purchased.The most purchased sports equipment at home are skipping ropes,badminton rackets and basketballs;the most purchased fitness equipment are bicycles,yoga supplies,hula hoops and dumbbells;the home has the most sports and entertainment Supplies are sports books or magazines.(2)Among the surveyed objects,there is a significant difference between parents’educational level and their children’s behavioral control during extracurricular physical exercises.There were no significant differences in the educational level and physical exercise habits of parents,and the attitudes of parents to children’s physical exercise.(3)Among the surveyed objects,the frequency,time and intensity of extracurricular physical exercises of primary school students are all related to gender,but not to the grade of primary school students.The frequency,time and intensity of extracurricular exercises of boys are higher than that of girls.In the selection of items,boys mostly choose exercise items with high-intensity and high confrontation characteristics;girls mainly choose sports items with coordination and flexibility characteristics.(4)Among the surveyed objects,there are significant differences between the physical environment of family sports and the physical exercise habits of parents in the family sports environment on the extracurricular exercise behavior of primary school students,and there is a positive correlation,but there is no significant difference from the other two dimensions of the family sports spirit environment.In the family sports environment,the family sports material environment and parents’ physical exercise habits have a greater impact on pupils’ extracurricular exercise behavior.Among them,the physical exercise habits of parents have a greater impact on the extracurricular exercise time of primary school students.
