Study On The Demand For Large Public Sports Venues In Prefecture-level Cities In Guangxi

The "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Sports Development" and "Guangxi National Fitness Implementation Plan(2021-2025)" states that public stadiums are continuously advanced for free or low fees.At the same time as free or low fees are open,the state has also introduced the service policy on public stadiums to continuously meet the needs of people’s public stadium service.In this context,this article conducts research on the demand for large-scale public stadium services for residents in the city-level urban area of Guangxi.Promote the improvement of the service quality of the venue and better meet the needs of residents.This article uses the literature method,field investigation method,mathematical statistical law,and questionnaire survey method research method to analyze the basic situation of large-scale public stadiums in Guangxi prefecture-level municipalities,analysis of basic characteristics of samples of samples,confirmation of the KANO model resident demand category,BetterWerse coefficient analysis and other contents are studied,and the following conclusions are obtained:First,large public stadiums in the city-level urban area in Guangxi basically achieved free or low fees for open fees.Free open venues are mainly concentrated venue auxiliary facilities,and low charges are concentrated in stadiums and swimming pools.The operating model mainly uses government commissioned operations.Basic services include services such as venue leasing,sports events,sports activities,sports training,physical monitoring,daily fitness of the masses,and sports knowledge lectures.Second,the three types of badminton games,basketball games,air ball games,and these three types are sports events organized by residents of Guangxi prefecture-level urban areas hoping to organize large-scale public stadiums.Third,analyze the differences in different nature of the difference between the gender of the sample of the sample;the single factor F tests the analysis of the difference between the difference between the difference between the sample occupation and the difference of the difference in the differences of the difference in academic qualifications.It reflects the demand for large-scale public stadiums in Guangxi-level city urban areas of different gender,different academic qualifications,and different occupations.Fourth,based on the KANO model,the demand attributes of residents have been determined.There are 9 items attributed to the expected needs.There are 7 charm type needs.There are 3 must-have demand.There are 4 items without differences.Essence Fifth,further excavate the potential needs of users through the Better-Work coefficient analysis and ASC coefficient.Among them,high satisfaction requirements,low satisfaction demand indicators,and ASC coefficients should be the focus of improving the demand for large-scale public stadiums in the Guangxi prefecture-level city urban area.According to the analysis of field investigations and survey results,the maintenance of venue facilities caused by free or low charging openness;insufficient mass sports event activities;the degree of professionalization of venue operation subjects cannot give full play to the advantages of venue service;social sports instructors cannot reasonably be reasonable Applicable to venue services;it is the main problem that affects the demand for large-scale public stadium services in the city-level urban area of Guangxi.And put forward the following improvement strategies: relevant government departments formulate mandatory venue maintenance standards and strengthen supervision;encourage multiple subjects to participate in the event organization,regularly carry out mass sports events;select professional management teams to promote the professional operation of the venue;cooperate with relevant government departments to cooperate with relevant government departments Create a social sports instructor training base.
